摘要: 根据合同能源管理在LED路灯推广中的应用情况,建立了一套合同能源管理项目风险评估体系,并提出用层次分析法等数学方法对项目进行风险分析,确定各风险因素的风险系数。以东莞地区的实例,验证了此方法的有效性。

Abstract:  Energy management contract is an important means of energy saving. Aiming at the promotion of LED lamp application to street lighting, a risk assessment system of energy management contract in the promotion of LED to street lighting is developed. Based on this system, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to assess the risk. By this method, it can determine the risk coefficient for each risk factor, and risk analysis can be done for a region where energy management contract is used to promote the application of LED lamps to street lighting.
