Improvement of the Production Line of a Motorcycle Engine based on Timer Pro

摘要: 在现场改善中,现场数据的采集、处理主要依靠人工,存在处理效率低和质量难以保证的问题。以某摩托车发动机生产线为研究对象,提出基于时间研究软件Timer Pro进行作业测定及现场改善,并制定改善后的标准时间和作业方法。应用离散系统仿真软件Flexsim对改善前后效果进行仿真验证。结果表明,改善方案明显提升了生产线的整体生产绩效。通过基于Timer Pro的现场改善及仿真方法,企业可快速、灵活、经常地应用先进软件工具进行时间研究和现场改善,从而满足多品种少批量生产模式的需要。

Abstract:  In redesigning an existing production line, a great deal of data should be collected and processed. Often data are collected and processed manually, which is cumbersome with low efficiency and uncertain quality. In taking the advantage of efficient data collecting and processing provided by Timer Pro, the software Timer Pro is applied to the redesign of an existing production line of a motorcycle engine. Based on the data collection and processing, standard operation times are set and the process is optimized. Simulation by using platform Flexsim is used to check the performance of the redesigned line. Results show that the productivity is significantly increased while the number of operators for the line is reduced. Also, the redesigned production line has the capability for multiproduct and smallbatch production.
