摘要:  针对模具企业直雕花纹的设备投资数量的规划问题,提出了符合花纹直雕的设备规划模型,并通过一个实际算例验证了模型的实用性。开发了一个设备产能规划系统,并成功实现了LINGO与SQL2005之间的数据交换。

Abstract: For some mold manufacturing enterprises, directcarving is the key process and machines for such a process is expensive. Thus, it is very important to have an appropriate capacity for this process. To do so, with requirement prediction, the problem is formulated as an integer programming. This problem can be solved in an exact way in reasonable time duration by using Lingo package. With the proposed method, a capacity planning system is developed based on LINGO and SQL2005.
