摘要: 文旨在减少静脉药物调配中心(PIVAS)日常配药过程中所存在的药物浪费。首先运用5W1H方法找出配药过程中的浪费因素,进而用鱼骨图分析出主要因素, 提出使用商用预混型静脉注射药物和提高配药频率的两种方法,通过实验设计来探究两种方法对减少静脉药物浪费的影响。结果表明,减少浪费的优化措施取得了良好的改进效果,提高了配药流程的效率和实用性。 

Abstract: Aiming at reducing waste during admixture process in pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS), 5W1H is employed to analyze waste factors during the admixture process, and a fishbone diagram is used to obtain the main factors. The two interventions of using commercial premixed frozen Intravenous (IV) products and increasing IV batching frequency are proposed. Then design of experiment (DOE) is used to study the impact of the two interventions on reducing waste in PIVAS. The results show that the interventions have made a desired improvement and improved practicability and efficiency during the admixture process. 
