摘要:

颠覆性创新是后发企业开展竞争的新路径,培育颠覆性创新重点要识别培育环境。本文以新能源汽车为例,通过运用TRIZ理论的技术成熟度分析工具,采用时间—专利数、时间—销售量、时间—专利级别、时间—性能曲线确定汽车目前所处的发展阶段,从而判别作为汽车行业颠覆性创新的电动汽车培育的最佳时期。数据表明,汽车产业当前处于成熟期,正是颠覆性创新发展的最佳时期。因此,颠覆性技术选择培育要通过识别相应原技术所处市场阶段,以找到培育的最佳环境。

Abstract:

Disruptive innovation is a new path to gain a competitive advantage in the emerging enterprises. Fostering disruptive innovation focuses on identifying its environment. For example, new energy auto development stage can be confirmed by the curve of time-patent number, time-sales volume, time-patent level and time-performance through the application of the technology maturity mapping, which comes from the TRIZ Theory. Data shows that the automotive industry is currently in a mature stage, which is the best time for the development of disruptive innovation. Therefore, by identifying the market phase of the original technology, the best cultivation environment of the disruptive innovation can be found.
