某电泵装配厂生产线的改善及方案的评价

摘要:

 以某企业电泵装配生产线为研究对象,分别采用价值分析技术、“一个流”技术以及工作研究技术分析了企业现有生产线中存在的问题,提出了以上3种改善技术各自的改善方案。为了比较3种技术对该企业生产线的改善效果,运用TOPSIS法和灰色关联度法对改善方案进行综合评价,得出了“一个流”技术对该企业生产线改进取得的效果最佳,其次为工作研究技术,最后为价值分析技术的结论。

Abstract:

 As the production cost of products is increasingly emphasized by enterprises, the improvement of the production line has become a new focus in the business community. Taking the electric pump assembly production line as the research object, value analysis technique, "one-piece flow" technique and work study technique are used to analyze the existing problems in the production line. The improvement schemes of these three techniques are put forward. Then TOPSIS (technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)and Grey Related Degree are used for evaluating the improvement schemes with the results of these three techniques compared. Finally the conclusion that "one-piece flow" technique is the best one to improve the enterprise's production line, then the work study, and last the value analysis, is drawn.
