基于众包平台的跑腿代购即时配送优化研究

A Research on the Errand Purchasing Instant Delivery Based on Crowdsourcing Platform

摘要: 根据跑腿订单稀疏且取送货距离远,配送员收益依赖于配送距离等特征,为了提高跑腿代购订单的配送时效及配送员收益,建立实时订单分配与路径优化模型,设计基于滚动时域的远程直配与短程合单策略。运用数值分析的方法,验证该策略的有效性,并与普通众包合单策略进行对比研究,进一步通过配送员的车容量、限制配送距离和总订单数量等参数的敏感性分析研究其适用性。结果表明,所建立的数学模型及设计的策略在配送时效及配送员使用率方面存在优势,更适用于跑腿代购订单;增加限制配送距离,可以降低顾客等待时间,提高客户满意度;减少配送员总数或增加订单量,可以提高配送员收益与配送积极性;可以通过增加限制配送距离提高配送时效,通过减少配送员总数增加配送员平均收益。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of errand purchasing, such as order sparsity, the long delivery distance, and the dependence of the delivery distance on the return of the deliverymen. In order to improve the delivery efficiency of the orders and the income of the deliverymen, a real-time order allocation and routing model is established. A strategy of long-distance direct delivery and short-distance combined based on the rolling horizon is designed to solve this problem. A numerical analysis is used to verify the effectiveness of this strategy. And a comparative study with the ordinary crowdsourcing combined order strategy is conducted. Its applicability is further studied through a sensitivity analysis of the parameters such as vehicle capacity, limited delivery distance and total order quantity. The results show that, the established mathematical model and the designed strategy have advantages in delivery timeliness and deliverymen utilization rate. This strategy is more suitable for the errand purchasing. Increasing the limited delivery distance can reduce customers' waiting time and improve their satisfaction; reducing the total number of deliverymen or increasing the order quantity can improve the income and enthusiasm of deliverymen; the average completion time per order can be reduced by increasing the limited delivery distance, and the average return of deliverymen increased by reducing the total number of deliverymen.
