Abstract:

For optimizing cost resources of manufacturing enterprise, optimization configuration methods are studied based on the theory of process management. Through setting up dynamic mapping relationship between production process data and production activities at the scene, the interaction is described and theory structure and data structure are set up based on data-process model for the collection of cost resource information. Cost management data is extracted from complex process data and history data. Combining Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and cooperative game theory, the allocation problems of cost resources in production process are studied. Three nucleolus-based cost allocation models, as well as their algorithms——Genetic Algorithm, are proposed. The proposed models and methods are validated in practice.
