Abstract:

The man-machine environment of fully-mechanized-heading face is a complex system which?is composed of people, machinery, equipment and environment. Its various working environments, with narrow operation space and poor visual condition, has important influence on the reliability of the machinery and equipment, as well as on the efficiency of the workers and their physical and mental health. Through the combination of theory and practice research, the research on the relationship of digging work face with machine and environment, and with the statistical theory for reference, a human error model is established. Using the statistical analysis of parameter estimation, human error factors are quantitatively analysed, solving the reliability index of the subsystems, and analysing the type of behavior and behavior factors causing human errors.
