Abstract: A study is conducted in the decision-making of the sub-companies carrying out informationization under the environment of the group. The five forces model and the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are used to evaluate the present status of the sub-company. Then, based on the benchmarking theory, a benchmarking analysis is carried out to find the gaps between the group's requirements and the sub-company's informationization status. The project sets of information systems are determined combining the group's requirements and the sub-company's business needs. And then, the project sets of information systems are sorted by the entropy multi-objectives decision method and an implementation road map is derived. Finally, the initial effectiveness is obtained and verified with this strategy meeting the both the group's requirements and the sub-company's business needs.
