Abstract: To achieve a relatively satisfactory result for two-sided matching problem under uncertain environment, intuitionistic fuzzy methods are prpposed to solve the problem. By untilzing the concept of the membership degree and non-membership degree in intuitionistic fuzzy set theory, double objective function in the classic matching model is converted into single objective function, which represents the total satisfaction of both sides. Fairness is also taken into consideration in this model. An interactive algorithm is designed to maximize the total satisfaction under certain fairness restraints. The algorithm incoperates fairness and harmony in matching decision-making process, and thus it has practicality and reference value.
