Abstract: In order to solve the problems of long overtime running time, high energy consumption in clean operation center, the dynamic value flow based on triangular fuzzy number theory is employed to analyze the operation process with uncertain duration. It is found that the key to solve the problem is to shorten the timespan and fluctuation range of bottleneck resources, so as to reconstruct the operation process. In order to evaluate the process performance before and after improvement, a Monte Carlo method is used to generate the simulation data based on the survey data, a Matlab software used to simulate and analyze the operation process, and a Gantt chart used to visualize the improvement effect of bottleneck resources. The research conclusions have theoretical significance and application reference value for the process optimization of clean operation center.
