RevenueSharing Contract of AgriFood Supply Chain under Brand Promotion Subsidy
    CHEN Jun1, ZHANG Meng1, CAO Qunhui2
    2016, 19 (3):  1-6.
    Abstract ( 770 )   Save
As leading enterprises, by themselves, lack strength in agrifood brand promotion, a sequential game model among the government and the supply chain members is developed under the assumption that the government grants financial subsidy supporting brand promotion. Two parameters of optimal subsidy proportion and promotion effort are obtained; subsequently the revenuesharing contract in twolevel agrifood supply chain is studied. The conclusion shows that both supply chain performance and social welfare are improved under financial subsidy and that revenuesharing contract based on promotion cost share, rather than merely revenuesharing contract, can coordinate supply chain.

Food Credence Goods Market Equilibrium Morphology under Third-party Authentication
    WANG Jianhua, LU Xiaobo,BAO Han
    2016, 19 (3):  7-13.
    Abstract ( 306 )   Save

By classifying consumers into “sensitive” and “unresponsive”, a two-stage dynamic game model is constructed. In stage 1, high-quality firms decide whether to implement the third-party certification system and set prices. In stage 2, low-quality firms decide whether to camouflage certification and transfer to consumers price signals connected with products’ quality information. The conditions to realize separating equilibrium of the market under three different circumstances are also discussed: with only “sensitive” consumers, with only “unresponsive” consumers, and with both “sensitive” and “unresponsive” consumers. The result reveals that whether or not the high-quality firms use the thirdparty certification label, the food credence goods market realizes separating equilibrium under certain conditions. In addition, in the market coexistence of “sensitive” and “unresponsive”  consumers, when the power of government supervision and punishment is weak, prices of high-quality products are comparatively low, and when the percentage of “sensitive” consumers is high, low-quality firms tend to have the motivation to be disguised as high-quality firms.

An Analysis of Stability of Retailers’ Joint Purchasing and Transportation Coalition for Deteriorating Items
    XIAO Dan1, LIU Fang1, LU Dalin1, SHI Xinxiang1, ZHOU Yongwu 2
    2016, 19 (3):  18-23.
    Abstract ( 729 )   Save

For multiple retailers selling deteriorating items, a model about order quantity and stability of joint purchasing and transportation coalition is established. First of all, the optimal order quantity of the coalition is obtained. It is found that joint purchase and cooperative transport do not necessarily reduce the total operating costs for the retailers. Then, the conditions that retailers can reduce the total operating costs by joint purchase and cooperative transport are obtained. A cost allocation rule is provided by which each retailer’s marginal cost will keep the stability of the grand coalition. Finally, three common cost allocation rules are compared through a numerical example, and it is found that the larger retailers in coalition become in number, the more advantage marginal cost allocation rule will have.

An Analysis of Perishable Product Order Timing in Perspective of Service Level
    XIONG Hengqing
    2016, 19 (3):  24-29.
    Abstract ( 753 )   Save

Most existing researches on order timing of perishable product regard price or order quantity as variables, aiming to calculate the change of cost or profit so as to get the research results. Little research looks on service level as a variable. Therefore, studying the Pareto optimal area of the perishable product order timing by means of service level is of significance. Based on the newsboy model, a two-echelon supply chain which is comprised of a supplier and a retailer is discussed. Both sides’ preference of order timing is analyzed, viewing the service level as a variable. According to the retailer’s service level, the figure of area distribution is depicted for the suppliers and the retailers order preference. Thus the Pareto optimal area is obtained when the retailer places an order. It can achieve a win-win effect when the retailer places an order in the Pareto optimal area. So this research may provide the retailer with a valuable guidance for its decision of order timing.

The Impact of Government Fiscal Behavior on the Manufacturer′s Decision under the Background of Low-carbon
XU Lang, WANG Chuanxu, YANG Qingquan
    2016, 19 (3):  30-36.
    Abstract ( 752 )   Save

Subsidies and taxation are the common strategies in the practice of carbon emission reduction in China. Based on consumer and producer surplus theory, the objective function of social welfare is established. The four kinds of government subsidies and taxing acts are compared. The impact of government subsidies and taxation on the decision making of carbon products and noncarbon products is analyzed. At the same time, the equilibrium price, equilibrium output, equilibrium profit and social welfare of the two products are analyzed. Studies have indicated that with the government′s intervention in the lowcarbon supply chain, the social welfare will be increased, but that it is better for the government to increase the general welfare of the society by subsidizing low carbon product manufacturers than by only taxing highcarbon product manufacturers and that a comprehensive consideration of taxation and subsidy policy is better than both.

    2016, 19 (3):  37-44.
    Abstract ( 751 )   Save

Aiming at the multi-echelon supply chain network design under the background of low carbon, a multiechelon closed-loop supply chain network with suppliers, manufacturers, consumers, distribution centers, recycling centers and disposal centers is under study. By considering the factors about network infrastructure capacity constraints such objectives as carbon emission, customer service and others, network operating costs, carbon emission costs and customer demand response time costs, a multiobjective programming model is established to solve the problem of network resource optimization configuration, such as the facility construction within the network, location and traffic facilities distribution. Lingo 11.0 software is used to solve the model, analysing facility capacity constraints, carbon tax, time delay affecting the cost of facility construction methods and network costs by a numerical example, which provides decision support for the enterprise and can play a guiding role in the production practice.

The Influence of Technical Ability on Benefits Incentive Contract for IT R&D Outsourcing Project
    CHU Yanfeng, GONG bin
    2016, 19 (3):  51-58.
    Abstract ( 752 )   Save

From the perspective of technological capability, an analysis is conducted on the influence of the technical ability of both the enterprise and the R&D company and the corresponding technology integration risk to the development of IT outsourcing incentive contract. Aiming at both information symmetry and asymmetry, an incentive model is constructed based on the principal agent, and through the model, the influence of technical ability on the enterprise income is analyzed. The results show that, under information symmetry, the higher the technical capacity of the R&D company is, the more effort it will make. The ability of the enterprise will not affect the R&D company′s effort level. Enterprise earnings will increase with the technical ability of both sides, but when reaching the threshold, it will reduce. Under information asymmetry, the higher the technical ability of the enterprise is, the more reluctant the R&D company is to make effort. Enterprise′s incentive degree is inversely proportional to the technical ability of both sides, and the relationship between technical ability of both sides and enterprise earnings is not clear.

Optimal Trade Period and Production Batch of Manufacturer with Learning Effects and Defect Rate
    RUAN Ping1, HUANG Yungfu2
    2016, 19 (3):  59-64.
    Abstract ( 754 )   Save

Trade credit, while bringing the benefits of increasing sales to the sellers, also increases the disadvantages of opportunity cost and the default risk. The sellers should set the trade credit period as a decision variable as the production batch. The seller is, in this research, taken as an imperfect manufacturer who produces items with learning curve production costs and defect rate. An economic production quantity (EPQ) model is proposed, in which there are two decision variables as the trade credit period and the production batch. The model follows two assumptions, the first being that the annual demand rate in units is determined by both the trade credit period and the production batch and the second being the trade credit brings opportunity cost and default risk to the manufacturer. Then the properties of the objective function are derived, and it is shown that there exists at most one minimum point under certain conditions, and this has been proved by a numerical example. Finally, a sensitivity analysis is conducted to understand managerial insights such as that the stronger the ability to learn, the shorter the credit period, the smaller the production lot size, and the lower the profit and that the higher the defective rate, the shorter the credit period, the smaller the production lot size, and the lower the profit.

To address the similarity and cold start problem, a random walk algorithm combining trust and similarity is proposed with the weight TS. The experimental results indicate that the algorithm performs better with the all user data sets and cold start data sets than others in the aspect of accuracy rate, coverage rate as well as the time complexity. The trust value of the data set is used rather than the value computed by an effective method. The algorithm in this research improves the precision of recommendation, coverage rate and quality of recommendation

    2016, 19 (3):  77-84.
    Abstract ( 538 )   Save

The maximum capacity configuration optimization of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) and buffer in Intelligent manufacturing system with material handling system (MHS) is a typical nonlinear integer programming problem. Because the constraints cannot be expressed in closed form, it is difficult to obtain an accurate solution to the problem. Therefore, a heuristic simulation optimization method for the approximate solution is proposed. Firstly, the AGV car and the maximum buffer capacity configuration optimization has been described. Secondly, a system simulation model is established for equipment manufacturing system with MHS, based on the Emplant platform. And then, based on different optimization goals, three heuristic simulation optimization methods are presented. Finally, the three methods are analyzed and compared through simulation. Analysis shows that the method proposed and the optimization results can provide decision support to deploy AGV car and buffer maximum capacity for enterprises.

    Abstract ( 799 )   Save

From the operator’s point of view, an integer linear programming model for the operation of the battery exchange station is established to maximize operation profit by using the policy of battery exchange station. The factors such as the exchange fee, the battery inventory, the charge and discharge capacity and the service level of the exchange station are comprehensively considered in the model. The model is solved based on the Lingo program. And then the optimal profits and the number of charge and discharge batteries can be obtained for different parameters. Additionally, the sensitivity relationship between the different parameters and the operation profits is further analyzed. Through the analysis, it can be found that the proposed model can minimize the risk of the operator′s investment and maximize operation profit. Therefore, it can provide a strong guidance for the operator to make a reasonable and effective operation strategy and battery management.

In order to know accurately the ratio of components of mixing material of dense medium cyclone, and to understand the influence of different ratio to the output of dense medium cyclone and to optimize the separation effect, the limitations of the existing research on cyclone optimization and ratio of mixing material are analyzed and the feasibility and problem of using mixture design to achieve the above goals is discussed. By designing experiment of mixture, and running the experiment to get the result, the mathematical model of response variables and components of mixing material is fitted and analyzed and the effectiveness of the model analyzed. And the response is optimized with all response variables optimal. Through solving the parameters of the composite purpose for most demanding function value, multiobjective optimization of mixture design is realized and the optimal ratio of components of mixing material is determined. The effectiveness of the experiment is tested by practical production effect. Based on the requirement of lump coal, suspension and slime of dense medium cyclone in a coal preparation plant, mixture experiment is designed and run through extreme vertex design. The mathematical model of two response variables, which are concentrate ash and yield, and three factors which are lump coal, suspension and slime, is established to analyze the optimal ratio of components of mixing material under the condition that two objectives are achieved. The ratio of components of mixing material is 15.5%, 59.8% and 24.7%. The effectiveness is tested by Ttesting. The experiment and analysis provide effective support to the efficient production and accurate control of coal preparation plant and can help the realization of automatic control.
