    HUO Liang′an, JIANG Jiehui
    2016, 19 (6):  17-22.
    Abstract ( 788 )   Save
Closed-loop supply chain coordination with risk aversion via ORP-RRP (orders rebate and penalty-recycles rebate and penalty) contracts is investigated. A closed-loop supply chain model composed of a single riskneutral supplier and a single risk-averse retailer is proposed based on conditional value atrisk(CVaR) criterion and demand uncertainty. Decision behaviors of members in closed-loop supply chain are researched, and then the impacts of riskaversion coefficient β and the sensitivity coefficient τ on recycling price and optimal ordering quantities studied. The results show that the established model and the ORP-RRP contracts are effective and feasible, which could provide reference for decision making in supply chain management.

    ZHANG Xu, ZHANG Qing
    2016, 19 (6):  23-32.
    Abstract ( 725 )   Save

The manufacturer′s fairness preference in the fresh agricultural supply chain is included in the research perspective. Based on the consideration of the effective supply and deterioration randomness of the fresh agricultural product, by constructing the Stackelberg game model, the influence of the manufacturer′s fairness preference in the operation of the fresh agricultural supply chain is analyzed and the coordination mechanism based on “risk-sharing & revenue-sharing” is designed. The research indicates that, in the decentralized decision-making, the different values of manufacturer′s fairness perception coefficient and unfairness aversion coefficient will exert different influences on the operation of fresh agricultural supply chain, and the sensitive degree of optimal decisions and profits of the fresh agricultural product supply chain to the fairness preference is different from the corresponding non-perishable product supply chain; when the contract parameter satisfies the certain conditions, the designed coordination mechanism can not only realize the perfect win-win and coordination of the fresh agricultural supply chain, but also eliminate the fairness preference of the manufacturer.

Coordination Mechanism in a Retailer-led Supply Chain Considering -Value-added Logistics Service Based on an Option Contract
    FENG Ying1, WU Qian1, YU Yunlong2
    2016, 19 (6):  33-38.
    Abstract ( 739 )   Save

The system operates under a mode in which the retailer acts as a Stackelberg leader while the manufacturer, the follower, is responsible for the transportation. Considering the value-added logistics service, a two-stage Stackelberg game model is developed under the situation that the logistics service influences the market demand. Research shows that the manufacturer′s production and logistics service level in decentralized system are lower than the corresponding results in the centralized one. Then, an option contract and a logistics service cost sharing contract are introduced into the system which can coordinate the system effectively. Finally, the feasibility of the above contract combination is verified by a numerical example, with changes of option price, initial ordering quantity and expected profit with respect to the logistics service cost sharing coefficient all analyzed.

    2016, 19 (6):  39-44.
    Abstract ( 771 )   Save

To solve the problem of high cost of automobile recycling caused by enterprise advantages failing to be concentrated in the existing model of endoflife vehicle recycling, a value chain integrated recovery model is put forward. Based on the competitive advantage theory and the value chain theory, a comparative analysis is made on  the advantages and disadvantages of the three traditional recycling models of major enterprise including manufacturers, thirdparty logistics enterprises, professional automobile recycling companies and retailers, and then  a costbenefit model of reverse logistics mode dominated by manufacturers enterprises is established, which can conduct the cost comparative analysis of the main body enterprises. Then the competitive advantages of value chain link of every enterprise in the reverse supply chain are shown, and all the links of the competitive advantages integrated to build the integrated model of reverse supply chain. Finally, a conclusion is drawn that the net income of the integrated recovery model is larger in certain conditions by comparing and verifying the net income of the integrated recovery model and the traditional recovery model.

An Improved Loss Function Approach for Multi-response Optimization Using Seemingly Unrelated Regressions
    ZHANG Xutao1,2,HE Zhen2, BI Hailing1
    2016, 19 (6):  51-55.
    Abstract ( 750 )   Save

Multi-response optimization with correlated responses in complex product or process is studied. The seemingly unrelated regression method is employed to improve traditional loss function approach. Correlations among responses are considered both in the model fitting phase and in the optimization phase. Illustrated example shows that the proposed approach can lead to an optimal solution with smaller expected quality loss. The approach overcomes the drawback of traditional method which ignores the correlation or only considers the correlation in the optimization phase. It is an important improvement on the conventional loss function method.

Infection Process of Airport Flight Area Human Risk Based on SEIRS Epidemic Disease Model
    TANG Xinxin,LUO Fan
    2016, 19 (6):  56-63.
    Abstract ( 725 )   Save

Infectious process model of airport flight area human risk is constructed based on SEIRS (susceptible-exposed-infected-recovered-susceptible) epidemic disease model for risk management and control in a more scientific and rational way. The assumptions of the model are defined. The equilibrium point and stability of the model are analyzed. The model is asymptotically stable at the equilibrium point. Model simulation results by Matlab software shows that latent group, infected group and immune group all finally tend to zero balance no matter in the early stage, the middle stage or the late stage of the risk of infection. Latent group shows a relatively smooth decreasing trend. Infected group tends to zero balance after rapid decline. Immune population has a rapid growth in the short term after the rapid decline. There is a significant difference in the rate of change of different groups at different stages. Latent group shows a slow upward trend till zero balance after the rapid decline in the last stage. The conclusion provides the theoretical basis for the strategic focus of different stages of risk management and control.

Kanban Number Decision with Bi-objective for JIT Production System
    ZHANG Libo1,JIANG Zhiping2
    2016, 19 (6):  95-104.
    Abstract ( 736 )   Save

The past literature of Kanban number decision mainly focused on calculation under single objective optimization for JIT production system. In this research, a calculation method for Kanban number under biobjective optimization is proposed based on the design of experiment (DOE) and Witness simulation. The method considers both maximum order fill rate and minimum WIP inventory level. Taking the case of CR nozzle′s JIT production system of B Company, its witness simulation model is constructed to provide data for the design of experiment. The levels of the orthogonal experiment are set up based on the Kanban size and number of each loop of the CR nozzle′s JIT product system. Then, a full factorial experiment design is used to get nine groups of Kanban number Paretooptimal solutions under the performance measurement of order fill rate and WIP inventory level. The Kanban numbers satisfying Paretooptimal solutions form the Pareto front of optimal Kanban number combinations, from which B Company′s production planners can select appropriate Kanban number according to different production demand. The experiment results demonstrate the validity and the feasibility of the method.

    2016, 19 (6):  105-110.
    Abstract ( 837 )   Save

Value stream mapping is used to analyze traditional machinery factory. Lots of problems like confusion of logistics and imbalance of the production line are found. After that, lean production is adopted to deal with these problems. However, only a period of time in factory can be described by value stream mapping. Flexsim is a key point in dealing with shortcomings of value stream mapping. After analysis of lean production, scenario of improvement can be verified by Flexsim. A final scenario would be established by a statistic report of Flexsim and lean skills.

    Abstract ( 798 )   Save

Social network games, nested on the platform of social networking sites, have become a new favorite of college students. And college students′ Internet addiction has been of considerable interest to the academia in recent years. The reasons why college students participate in social network games are explored. A number of questionnaires are distributed through the Internet to collect information which needs to convert to data format and import into Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis (WEKA). And the decision tree model is obtained via the J48 decision tree algorithm. The results of the experiment indicate that college students′ social network game behavior is mainly related to family environment, living conditions and social networking sites activeness. The integrity and happiness degree of a family, together with college students′ attitude towards life and social networking sites activeness, are all important causes in social network game behavior. In addition, college students should be provided with effective strategies to prevent Internet game addiction because the reason of the participation is partly coincident with that of the Internet addiction of college students.
