    2017, 20 (3):  1-8,27.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e17-2024
    Abstract ( 1136 )   PDF (3346KB) ( 6120 )   Save
Flight safety is the core of air traffic safety management;hence,it is important to develop effective evaluation methods to assess the risk of flight safety.A systematical framework combining two theoretical models including fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) and analytic network process (ANP) is proposed to tackle the interdependence modeling problem among different evaluation criteria.Firstly, criteria interdependence among difference factor groups are discussed and measured utilizing the FCM-ANP hybrid model to furnish the construction of criteria interdependence measurement matrix.Based upon the obtained matrix,ANP is employed to calculate the stable criteria weights and FCM is used to identify the converged state of criteria values. The decision making trial and laboratory method (DEMATEL) is then implemented to analyze the key criteria factors influencing flight safety and based on the identified key factors, different improvement scenarios can be designed and their effects simulated through FCM model to select the best risk mitigation policy. Finally,a case study adapted from a real airline company's operational data is used to demonstrate the proposed method and verify its feasibility.

    2017, 20 (3):  15-22.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e17-2043
    Abstract ( 963 )   PDF (420KB) ( 6154 )   Save
Customer involvement is one of the typical features of service-oriented manufacturing, which is helpful for manufacturers to provide effective service system for the customers,in which the interaction between supply and demand becomes the key problem of the process implementation.Firstly, the implementation process of the product service system is expounded, and then a bi-level programming model is built taking customer satisfaction maximization as the upper objective and enterprise cost minimization as the lower objective, and a method is presented to solve this model. Finally,an example analysis proves the validity of the theoretical research. The results show that the implementation of service-oriented manufacturing objectively needs the interaction of both the supply and the demand and that effective interaction not only helps manufacturers to solve customer problems with limited resources, but also helps customers more clearly know the solution to their own problems.

    2017, 20 (3):  23-27.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e16-1298
    Abstract ( 902 )   PDF (401KB) ( 5903 )   Save
At present,to fulfill social responsibilities and avoid paying employment funds for the disabled, many enterprises have recruited a significant number of disabled employees.Given the fierce competition, employees' work efficiency is the lifeblood of enterprise development. In order to improve the performance of the disabled,a special factor is introduced which distinguishes the handicapped from the normal based on the traditional learning curve model. In the meantime, the relationship among cumulative productions, cumulative differences and production times is analyzed.According to the double-factor learning curve model,a learning curve model for the disabled is built.Eventually, practical data from Group F is applied to examine the feasibility of the new learning curve model.By comparing the results calculated by the traditional learning curve with that of the improved learning curve,it is found that the latter is more accurate and reasonable.Specific solutions are put forward to enhance the work performance of the disabled on the basis of further analysis of special factors. This study can provide references for decision-makers of the same type of enterprises.

Dynamic synchronization of Production-Logistics (PL) in kitting manufacturing enterprise is studied.Considering the PL system which includes multi-Plant,a Packing workshop and a Warehouse and aiming at the multi-dimension influence brought by dynamics in kitting manufacturing,an analysis is conducted into the dynamic effect scope in production logistics operation process, extending the AUTOM information infrastructure to a multi-level,multi-stagedynamic kitting synchronization information framework adapted to PL,and then introducing a kitting-manufacturing-adapted three-tier,two-stage kitting synchronization mechanism. Finally, with the order data extracted from the PL system of a chemical manufacturing enterprise, adopting GA-based target cascading (ATC) method, the dynamic caused by customer demand changes is solved.Result shows the optimization result from ATC-based kitting synchronization performance is better than AIO-based kitting synchronization and un-kitting synchronization, with not only kitting standard increased but system total cost also declined. In the PL of a kitting manufacturing enterprise, this solution provides an effective application framework and feasible method to enforce the precise plan formulation and adaptive decision-making of a big kitting manufacturing enterprise.

In OEM-OBM mixed operation, the contract manufacturer provides production service to the outsourcer and develops its own brand products at the same time.Replacing OBM products' key parts with the outsourcer's is one of the most useful strategies to improve the quality and customer acceptance of OBM products.Accordingly, the effect of parts replacement in consumer choice behavior is analyzed firstly. Then the OEM-OBM Mixed Assemble-to-Order revenue model considering parts replacement is constructed. The model analysis and numerical simulation show that the OBM product demand increases as the replacement rate is added;and that the price of the OBM product are positively correlated with the parts replacement rate in some situations. If the replacement rate is not constrained, the contract manufacturer could gain a more market share with higher rate of parts replacement.

Against the background of sluggish global economic recovery and "double down" of foreign trade in recent years, efficiency determines the development of ports as an important part of the global supply chain.Applying the panel data derived from 9 ports in the Pearl River Delta region from the year of 2010 to 2014,the efficiency of the Pearl River Delta ports is empirically analyzed by conducting the three-stage DEA model. The results indicate,(1) that the comprehensive efficiency of ports in Pearl River Delta region is low;(2) that the low comprehensive efficiency is attributed to the scale inefficiency;and (3) that the comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the port in the Pearl River Delta region have been increasing in recent years, but the rise is relatively small.

    2017, 20 (3):  89-94,105.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e16-3245
    Abstract ( 1200 )   PDF (677KB) ( 5937 )   Save
In order to analyze the influence of future cost on the behaviors of doctor and supervision department,an evolutionary game model between the government supervision department and the doctor is constructed considering future cost.Research shows that,in the case of not considering future cost and the supervision strategy not being chosen because the supervision cost of government supervision department is greater than the supervision benefit,it may eventually evolve into the stable state of the doctor choosing rent-seeking because of insufficient punishment. When the future cost is considered and its transformation reaches a certain level,it can restrict doctor's rent-seeking behavior to a certain extent. Therefore,on the basis of establishing appropriate regulation and penalty mechanisms, the government should also strengthen the management of the mobile market, reputation files and license of doctors to restrain doctors' behavior and protect the interests of patients.
