    MENG Xiuli, MENG Xin
    2018, 21 (1):  1-8.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e17-3246
    Abstract ( 906 )   PDF (1275KB) ( 5757 )   Save
Under the low temperature environment, the operation process of the whole cold chain was analyzed, the third party logistics introduced into the system, and a casual analysis chart and a system dynamic flow chart constructed. The model of dairy cold chain was established, which was composed of manufacturers, suppliers and retailers, based on System Dynamics. Then, a simulation experiment was carried out by using Vensim software. The performance of the system under different demand modes such as step demand and stochastic demand was simulated. The inventory level and terminal sales status of the system under different temperatures and operating efficiency were simulated. The results of experiments showed that in the same demand mode, when the temperature is kept at 0℃, the terminal gain is higher than that of -4℃; while the higher the efficiency of the entire system, the smaller the inventory of each node inventory is, and the higher the quality of the dairy products. In the cold chain, the control of the inventory storage temperature can reduce the cost of mass loss. Improvement of the operation efficiency of the cold chain, by shortening the lead time and delivery delay, can help increase the profit of the retailer and reduce quality cost.

ZHOU Jinhua, ZHU Jianjun, LIU Xiaodi
    2018, 21 (1):  9-21.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e17-2281
    Abstract ( 839 )   PDF (776KB) ( 5820 )   Save
The dynamic mechanism of credit system construction is studied. Firstly, from the perspective of system dynamics, a dynamic model of credit system construction is established and the initial state and equation designed based on the actual system. And then, the model is simulated, and the simulation results show that the more integrity the credit system has and the more transparent the credit information is, the less the supervision strength is, which can effectively reduce the regulatory costs and promote the social credit level. With the credit of business more sensitive to the change of credit system, personal credit is more sensitive to information change in the long term while the government plays a vital role in credit system construction. At last, based on legislation and information services, policy proposals for credit system construction are put forward.

The Impact of Government Subsidies on the Low Carbon Products Selection under Demand Fluctuation
    NIE Jiajia, LI Weichen
    2018, 21 (1):  22-29.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e17-1047
    Abstract ( 780 )   PDF (673KB) ( 5870 )   Save
The impact of government subsidies on the low carbon products selection under demand fluctuation is studied. Based on Cournot game models with two cases which are monopoly and duopoly, the impact of different production strategies on the output and profit of manufacturers is analyzed, and the conditions that meet the production equilibrium strategy are then proposed. The results show that production strategy is affected by government subsidies, spilling over rate and market preference. Furthermore, government subsidies can motivate the manufacturer to produce low carbon products, and competition will undermine the incentive effect of government subsidies to the production of low carbon products. However, large government subsidies will increase carbon emissions. In addition, the greater the degree of market fluctuation is, the smaller the incentive effect of government subsidies is.

A Study of Revenue-and-expense Sharing Contract of Closed-loop Supply Chain Coordination Based on Heterogeneous Demands
DU Maokang, LIN Panpan, WANG Qiang
    2018, 21 (1):  30-35,66.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e17-3203
    Abstract ( 781 )   PDF (1781KB) ( 5987 )   Save
In order to study differential pricing strategy and coordination mechanism of the closed-loop supply chain under the heterogeneous demands while considering the customers' different acceptance of new products, remanufactured products and second-hand products, a differential pricing model of closed-loop supply chain is established. Then, the influence of consumer acceptance on centralized and decentralized optimal decision and optimal profit is discussed. The result shows that the consumer acceptance of remanufactured products has a negative impact on new products. However, the consumer acceptance of second-hand products exerts no direct influence on new products. And the decentralized decisions cause the loss of system profits. To make up for such efficiency loss, a revenue-and-expense sharing contract is proposed to coordinate the decentralized closed-loop supply chain. Finally, an example is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed coordination mechanism for the closed-loop supply chain.

GUO Jidong, YANG Yueqiao, MA Zhichao
    2018, 21 (1):  36-42.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e17-1170
    Abstract ( 1158 )   PDF (781KB) ( 5682 )   Save
Under the Cap-and-Trading scheme, aiming at carbon emission reduction for two competitive supply chains with different original carbon emission, a Stackelberg model is constituted based on dynamic game theory. The backward induction analysis method is applied to get the pricing and carbon emission reduction strategies. Due to the complexity in their form, the 3-dimensional numerical simulation technique is used to simulate the impact of key parameters to system performance indexes. Quantitative relations among carbon emission, pricing strategies and key parameters are finally obtained. Results show that much high emission reduction investment can not benefit their carbon emission, but product differentiation can play its role, and improvement in low carbon technology investment and environmental consciousness meanwhile will tend to maximize consumer surplus.

QU Meng, ZHU Bin, WANG Bingyong, HE Li
    2018, 21 (1):  43-50.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e17-1200
    Abstract ( 993 )   PDF (475KB) ( 6200 )   Save
In recent years, the industrial environmental pollution problems and the difficulties in the operation of the green supply chain in manufacturing industry have been attracting more and more attention. Distributors' demand, production capacity, cost and transportation parameters such as interval numbers, the minimum total cost of supply chain, the shortest response time and the least carbon emissions as the goal are all considered so as to build a green supply chain production planning model with multiple transport modes, factories and distributors in an uncertain environment. The interval order relation and the interval possibility definition are used to give the clear equivalent form of the uncertain model, and the multi-objective programming method is used to solve the model. Finally, the example is analyzed to ensure the possible level and interval rate to influence the decision-making of enterprises. The research shows that when the probability level is low or the interval parameter change rate is high, the production conditions will become more extensive, which will help enterprises to reduce the total cost of supply chain.

A Study of Supply Chain Knowledge Sharing Incentive and Monitoring Based on Horizontal Fairness Preference
    YU Dongdong
    2018, 21 (1):  51-58,102.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e16-1239
    Abstract ( 1025 )   PDF (921KB) ( 5938 )   Save
Based on the assumptions of fairness preference, the knowledge sharing incentive and monitoring model of supply chain with two agents is established by introducing the monitoring function. Thus an analysis is made of the influence of the fairness preference on incentive and motoring effect of knowledge sharing. Through the model building and digital simulation, conclusion is drawn as follows: incentive and monitoring can, as a complementary device, promote knowledge sharing level. The core enterprise will correspondingly increase the proportion of punishment and reduce incentive when the supervision on it is severer. The role of member enterprise fairness preference on incentive coefficient and reward and punishment coefficient are not absolutely active; however, it can improve the level of knowledge sharing.

A Research on Incentive “Company + Farmer” Mode Based on Principal Agent Framework
PAN Xu, LI Jun, LIU Yueqiu
    2018, 21 (1):  59-66.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e17-2285
    Abstract ( 864 )   PDF (819KB) ( 5792 )   Save
In a “company + farmer” mode of agriculture, the participation of leading companies, the degree of effort of farmers and the production capacity influence the success of this mode. If companies participate in agricultural tasks, whether farmers will try their best to fulfill their tasks and how companies design incentives to encourage farmers to complete agricultural tasks better and create higher output value are studied. Under the condition of information asymmetry, the principal-agent model between companies and farmers is established to study the impact of the company's participation in investment behavior and farmers' output value capacity on the incentive intensity, effort and income. The research shows that the involvement of the company can promote the efforts of farmers and the incentive coefficient will increase, but when it reaches a certain level, the growth rate will slow down. The output value of farmers will stimulate the enthusiasm of their work and they can achieve higher reward; if the ability of farmers' output value is high, it's more likely to attract the company's involvement. If companies actively participate in agricultural tasks, income will increase; the other hand, the companies' earnings are decreased. Finally, the relevant conclusions are verified by a numerical simulation.

A Research on Multiple Criteria Group Decision-making of Suppliers Based on Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Terms
    PENG Jiangang, XIA Guang
    2018, 21 (1):  73-82.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e17-3234
    Abstract ( 782 )   PDF (543KB) ( 6011 )   Save
In order to make scientific decisions of suppliers under the global value chain environment, a multi-criteria group decision-making model based on uncertain linguistic terms was proposed. Preference information, first elicited from experts, was transformed into hesitant fuzzy linguistic terms and computed with words via uncertain linguistic variables. The expert group's preference information was then fused by the envelope operator and hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set built. Then the relative closeness coefficient was adopted to sort the production suppliers. Consequently, the most satisfactory supplier was selected. In addition, information entropy was proposed for solving the weights without prior knowledge of multi-criteria decision-making process. The results show that the most satisfactory selection results are the same under 3 different information entropy parameters. Moreover, the ranking results of the relative closeness coefficient for supplier selections are not sensitive to the change of information entropy parameters, which verifies the feasibility, effectiveness and stability of the proposed model. Therefore, the proposed model can provide a useful reference for the practical application of auto parts suppliers' evaluation and selection.

YAN Yunhao, ZHOU Ronggang, YU Mengli
    2018, 21 (1):  96-102.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.e17-1167
    Abstract ( 755 )   PDF (600KB) ( 6031 )   Save
The automobile information display interface layout and design in intelligent driving situation is discussed. In the pre-experiment section, users' views on the match of information and display areas were collected in the form of Focus Group to collect qualitative data. In the formal experiment section, six designed interface prototypes were tested on Eprime software: 1) Satisfaction of the prototypes was scored by the Likert 7 quantization table; 2) Forced-choice test was taken to choose one prototype from two of the prototypes which were displayed randomly. According to the experimental results of the two parts, the evaluation of prototype 4 was the highest. The research indicates that different information should be placed in the appropriate display areas. The interface of area 1 can be designed according to the ideas provided by prototype 4. The interface of other areas can be experimented and designed according to the methods described in this paper.
