    Impact of Guangdong Province's Logistics on Its Export under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative-an Empirical Study based on the Gravity Model

    The Belt and Road initiative creates development opportunities for export. As there is a strong relationship between international trade and logistics, the impact of logistics on export under the new background is studied to find ways of promoting Guangdong Province's export by improving logistics. An augmented Gravity Model is built by regarding the Belt and Road initiative as a dummy variable and adding variables representing Guangdong Province's logistics to the Gravity Model. Generalized Least Square method is used to make regression analysis for these variables, and the regression shows that enhancing Guangdong Province's logistics can lower export barriers caused by distance, and boost the positive effects generated by APEC and the Belt and Road initiative. Specifically, if the port efficiency and road efficiency is improved respectively by 10%, the export volumes will increase by 11.4% and 5.2%. So it is concluded that Guangdong Province can boost export by putting more effort in improving port and road efficiency.

    A Research on the Remanufacturing Models with Green Customers

    Based on the coexistence of Primary Customer and Green Customer, the choice of OEM (original equipment manufacturers) and 3PR (third-party remanufacturers) on remanufacturing model is studied. Under the absence and the presence of green consumers, two remanufacturing models of stackelberg game:Outsourcing Remanufacturing and Authorization Remanufacturing, are respectively established. The equilibrium solution and profits of OEM and 3PR under these two models are obtained. The results show that when the proportion of green consumers is high, OEM and 3PR prefer outsourcing to authorization and that when the proportion of green consumers and the acceptance of remanufactured product are both low, 3PR prefers authorization. Moreover, the customer surplus and social welfare are always higher in outsourcing remanufacturing regardless of the proportion of green consumers.

    A Research on Ordering of Cross-selling Products based on Business Expansion

    Constructing a sales mix based on the cross-selling mode to study the order quantities for the products within the portfolio is a key problem in inventory decision. A two-product asymmetric model is established to study the business expansion of an enterprise from a horizontal perspective, and the optimal condition and solution of this nonlinear constrained programming model are derived. It is proved that with the increase of the fluctuation of the correlation coefficient and weakening of the new product's demand distribution attributes, based on the existing sales mix, the enterprise will take the contractile strategy to reduce the order quantity of the original product for the maximization of the overall profit of the two products. Finally, simulations with numerical examples are carried out with the help of MATLAB software.

    Pricing and Advertising Strategies of the E-retailer under a Limited IT Service Capacity

    A pricing and advertising problem of an e-retailer is studied considering a limited IT service capacity. First, the decision model of monopolized market is established. It is found that the retailer's advertisement, retail price and the consumer surplus are positively correlated with the IT service capacity. Second, the Nash and Stackelberg games are developed to analyze the retailers' decisions in the competitive market. The results show that the retail prices of both retailers in Stackelberg game are higher than those in Nash game, but the advertisements and consumer surplus are lower than those in Nash game. As to retailer 1, the optimal IT service capacity in Stackelberg game is larger than that in Nash game; the result of retailer 2 is the opposite. The influence of the consumer's advertising and time sensitivity on the retailer's optimal profit and IT service capacity is also analyzed.

    A Research on R&D Efficiency of Humanities and Social Sciences in Higher Education Institutions based on Heterogeneous Input DEA Model-A Case Study of Public Universities in Jiangsu Province

    The development of humanities and social sciences is closely related to the development of social economy and culture in our country. The innovation and development of humanities and social sciences in higher education institutions is the main force of the development of humanities and social sciences in our country. In order to explore the influencing factors of R&D efficiency of humanities and social sciences in universities in Jiangsu Province and the differences in R&D efficiency of humanities and social sciences in universities, with the heterogeneity of evaluation unit investment taken into account, an empirical analysis of the R&D data of humanities and social sciences in universities in Jiangsu Province is carried out using the improved DEA-CCR model. The results show that the efficiency of scientific research in Humanities and Social Sciences in 46 public universities in Jiangsu Province is acceptable, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. In particular, "985" and "211" universities need to make breakthrough progress in the humanities and social science research work in order to improve their humanities and social science research efficiency. Finally, according to the results, suggestions for each university are put forward to improve the research strength in humanities and social sciences.

    An efficiency promotion method of main coal flow key process in coal mine is proposed to solve the problem of low efficiency and production imbalance in X coal mine. Teamwork graph is used to find ways to eliminate the bottleneck based on the causes of the bottleneck of the main coal flow system. Serial work is done concurrently and the motions of workers are simplified following economic motion principle. And the frequency of the replacement of workers is adjusted. Finally, working time of each cycle is shortened by 15.82s, which increases the balance rate by 9.52%. Meanwhile, circle time is reduced by 24.06% and daily output is increased by 982.13t. The results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

    Flexible Job Shop Scheduling Problem (FJSP) is an important extension of the classic job shop scheduling problem where each operation can be handled on multiple machines and vice versa. Combined with the actual production process of processing time, machine load, operating costs and other conditions, a multi-objective scheduling model is established. Aiming at the defect of insufficient convergence of NSGA2 algorithm, the immune balance principle is introduced to improve the selection strategy and elite retention strategy of NSGA2 algorithm, avoiding the local convergence problem and improving the optimization performance of the algorithm. By comparing with heuristic rules and various intelligent algorithms, the improved NASA2 algorithm can get a better solution. Using improved NAGA2 algorithm to solve the case not only effectively overcomes the barriers in order of magnitude and dimension of the objectives, but also obtains a satisfactory pareto solution set, further verifying the feasibility of the algorithm and the model.

    In case of large-scale emergencies, planned preparation can make the hospital more effective in coordinating the resources and responding quickly to the surging demand of patients. A simulation model based on SIMIO is established for the emergent public events, introducing the influence of the progressive progress of the patients and by simulation optimizing the operating room resource planning. Taking the Wenchuan Earthquake as the target subject, an investigation into the emergency process of a local hospital and a simulation experiment are carried out to rationalize the resource utilization rate and improve the treatment rate of the patients. The feasible surging capacity reserve plans are obtained by simulation in term of this scale of earthquake emergencies.

    When decision makers undertake tasks assignment, there are many factors to consider, which include personal volunteers and the team's performance. A method, relative to these factors, is proposed to solve the balance assignment problem via Role-Based Collaboration (RBC) and its E-CARGO model. The proposed method is verified by simulation experiments. The results present the practicability of the proposed solutions, which can support the production control and decision-making concisely and explicitly.

    In order to ensure the reliability of image data of irregular products similar to rectangular or oval, a general method is proposed to evaluate the capability of this kind of machine vision system (MVS) for shooting such products. The original image data is processed by the image processing technology to obtain the target area where the product is located. The number of pixels and the number of pixels at the boundary of the target region are considered as quality characteristics to determine whether the product is qualified or not. Then the capability of MVS is evaluated by analyzing the possible factors affecting its quality characteristics. A case is given to illustrate the efficiency and accuracy of this method.

    The ergonomic quality of the office chair is influenced by many factors, and evaluation indexes are different. Based on the theory and method of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and according to the analysis of "adaptability of chair and person", an index system for evaluating office chair ergonomics constructed by five first-class indexes and twenty-four second indexes is set up to make quantitative evaluations of the efficiency of office chair ergonomics. With this model, evaluation upon the expert experience on three different staff chairs A, B, C is made, and the results show that the ergonomic quality of A and B is in common, while C is on good level, which proves to be in accord with its actual situation. The examples show that this model is suitable for evaluating the level of ergonomics of the staff chair, and on the basis of the research, strategies for improvement are put forward.

    At present, many small-scale Internet companies in China are still using additive weighting method to order the requirement, but with this method it is difficult to guarantee the user's satisfaction. To solve this problem, a method of ranking the prototype system based on Kano model is proposed. Different from the traditional additive weighting method, this method introduces F similarity relation clustering method and the rough number analysis into Kano model quantitative analysis. The requirement engineers can use the result to order the requirement. This method can help them identify and determine the degree of satisfaction of the corresponding degree of realization of the prototype. On ensuring the integrity of the requirement, this method could meet the requirements of the order in line with the user's expectations.

    Value Stream Mapping is an effective tool to identify and reduce waste in the production system. TOC is the theory to find the bottleneck of the system and improve the effective output of the system. Based on the improvement of the production system of a sprocket workshop, the waste in the production system is identified through the Value Stream Mapping analysis, and the TOC method is used to identify bottleneck resources, and then the related theories of improved SLP, SHA and lean production applied to explore the general method of improve manufacturing production system, and specific suggestions put forward. Finally, the Witness simulation model is built, and validation shows that the improvement effect is obvious. The improvement plan of production system proposed has a positive and practical significance for the improvement of workshop production system and can provide some reference for the improvement of workshop production system of the same type of manufacturing enterprises.
