    An Integrated Optimization of Emergency Resource Allocation and Route Planning Using Workflow Net

    Location, allocation and transportation scheduling problem of resources are always involved in emergency management decision. The integration of these decision problems with consideration of the whole workflow's time control is essential for the application of emergency management theory. An emergency workflow net constrained by resources and uncertain time is proposed to illustrate the time sequence of rescue activities and the corresponding usage of resources during emergency rescue with multiple departments. The workflow net consists of three types of places (i.e. state places, activity places, and resource places) with different time properties (i.e. visible, static, and dynamic time windows). Taking the total cost of resources, transportation and related penalty as the objective, an integrated optimization of emergency resource allocation and route planning is modeled with consideration of the maximal duration time of the whole emergency rescue. A hybrid optimization algorithm is used to solve the integrated model. The resource allocation strategies are coded and iteratively updated by Genetic Algorithm while the route planning strategies are optimized by Particle Swarm Optimization considering the time constraints derived from the emergency workflow net.

    Economic Design of Integrated Model of Maintenance Management and Adaptive Chart

    In practice, there's a close connection between maintenance policy and control chart design via data sharing. The joint design of these two is considered in this design. Different from the previous study only considering one assignable cause and static control chart, and with the aim of achieving the lowest total cost of the process, an integrated model of maintenance policy and adaptive chart under two assignable causes is constructed from the perspective of economic design. The simulation results show that compared with the static joint design model, the average cost savings rate of the dynamic joint design model is 6% higher, and it has more cost advantages, hence greater application value.

    Research on the Efficiency of Playing Personality and Team Innovation Based on DEA

    A research is conducted into evaluating the degree of influence of employee personality of different companies on the efficiency of team innovation. Aiming at the characteristics of multi-facet output of innovation behavior and multi-type input of playful personality, AHP is used to transform various factors into corresponding comprehensive indicators, and data envelopment analysis (DEAP, programming sequencing) is used to evaluate the comprehensive innovation of each enterprise behavioral efficiency. The results show that:the four companies under research, i. e. Changan, Gree, Hainengda, and Huayu, have good control of playful personality, and other companies are in a state of increasing returns to scale. On this basis, taking Changan Automobile as a benchmarking company, reasonable countermeasures for the influence behaviors of other enterprises' playful personality and for the improvement of the company's innovative behavior are proposed.

    The Pricing Strategy and Intermediary Selling Mechanism for Airline with Strategic Passengers Behavior

    The dynamic pricing strategy for airline tickets through intermediary selling mechanism is investigated when the passengers are strategic and their valuation follows a Uniform distribution, and the effectiveness of the intermediary selling to alleviate strategic behavior is analyzed. The equilibrium price for both the airline and intermediary is proved by introducing a two-period dynamic pricing model, and the effectiveness of the intermediary selling from the point of revenue is discussed. It is concluded that when the discount factor for intermediary is located in a certain range, the intermediary selling mechanism can alleviate strategic behavior and have the feasibility to implement. Through numerical examples, the results of theoretical analysis is verified, and it is also found that intermediary selling mechanism cannot completely eliminate the passenger strategic behavior, and a certain level of competition between the airline and the intermediary may bring more revenue.

    Effect of New Product Quality on Remanufacturing Models in Closed-loop Supply Chain

    Considering the quality of new products, the choice of OEM (original equipment manufacturers) and 3PR(third-party remanufacturers) on closed-loop supply chain remanufacturing model is studied. We develop two Stackleberg models where manufacturers perform remanufacturing operations through either outsourcing or authorization based on game theory. The backward induction analysis method is applied to get the equilibrium solution and supply chain profits on remanufacturing operation selections. This study compares these two models by modeling the game results between the OEM and the 3PR.The results suggest that the outsourcing approach under Stackleberg Game get an advantage over authorization approach in supply chain profits, consumer surplus and social welfare. In both scenarios, the OEM obtains higher profits through outsourcing approach. The 3PR has different selection in terms of the consumer value discount for the remanufactured product and new product quality. When the consumer value discount for the remanufactured product and the scaling parameter meet certain conditions, as well as the high quality of new products. Outsourcing remanufacturing is more environmentally friendly than authorization remanufacturing.

    A Research on Green Supply Chain Pricing Based on Risk Aversion

    The determination of the product green degree and pricing of green supply chain in which the manufacturer and retailer are taking risk aversion is focused on. First of all, with a two-stage green supply chain composed of a manufacturer and a retailer as the background, consumer preferences, product green degree, degree of risk aversion and other factors are considered, and their expected utility functions are built. Then this problem is solved by game theory under two different scenarios:centralized and decentralized. In the centralized scenario, a model is adopted in which players of the green supply are integrated. In the decentralized scenario, a Stackelberg game model with the manufacturer as leader and the retailer as follower, a Stackelberg game model with the retailer as leader and the manufacturer as follower and a Nash Equilibrium game are established. Then a comparative analysis is conducted in terms of wholesale price, product green degree and retail price. On this basis, further comparative analysis is conducted when the manufacturer and retailer take different risk attitudes. Finally, a numerical simulation is given by MATLAB software in order to validate the centralized decision model. The simulation results show that under certain market conditions, the risk aversion of the manufacturer has greater influence on wholesale prices than the retailer, and the impacts on product green degree, retail prices, and supply chain utility are the same and negatively correlated; when the degree of risk aversion of the manufacturer and retailer is 0.5, the optimal product green degree is between 3.3 and 3.4, and the maximum product green degree is 7.8.

    A Reliability Evaluation of Ankle Rehabilitation Robot

    Firstly, the structure and function of ankle rehabilitation robot are analyzed. The interdependence of each functional unit of the ankle rehabilitation robot is described. After building the fault tree analysis (FTA) of the ankle rehabilitation robot, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of FTA, the key parts and failure modes with high relative probability importance are achieved. Then the mathematical model of reliability and reliability block diagram are established. The basic reliability of the ankle rehabilitation robot system is calculated. Thus a more practical and efficient method for reliability prediction in the implementation of rehabilitation robot system is explored, which may serve as the basis for ankle rehabilitation robot reliability design.

    A Research on Periodic Multi-Maintenance Strategy of Leased Equipment Based on Failure State Evolution

    In order to ensure the availability of leased equipment, and optimize equipment maintenance costs, a periodic multi-maintenance strategy based on failure state evolution is proposed. In this strategy, the equipment selects the corresponding maintenance mode based on the periodical detection of the equipment status. Service life rollback is used to describe the recovery of equipment status after various maintenance operations. Considering the periodic maintenance cost, minor repair cost, penalty cost and lease delay cost, a multi-maintenance optimization model, which is aimed at the lowest cost of the lessor, is established. Based on mathematical modeling and statistical method, MATLAB simulation is used to analyze the example. Compared with the single preventive maintenance strategy, it is proved that the effect of the leased equipment under multi-maintenance for a fixed period has been greatly improved.

    A Study of Consumers' Behavior Decision to Choose the Recycling Mode of Waste Cellphone Based on Event-related Potentials Technique

    At present, with the growing number of waste cellphone, how to recycle it efficiently and reasonably has become a social problem to be solved urgently. This paper used event-related potentials technique to research on the consumers' attitude and behavior decision to choose the recycling mode of waste cellphone. 20 university teachers and students served as subjects in the experiment. Stimulus were presented in the form of pictures which included three types of mobile phone recycling modes:the waste cellphone recycling mode of second hand vendors or individual repair agents, the waste cellphone recycling mode of mobile phone operators, and the waste cellphone recycling mode of O2O electronic business. Each subject was asked to complete the test task of 60 pictures. An essential component of ERPs, LPP, is elicited in subjects selection and evaluation process, and there were obvious differences in LPP amplitude of different stimulus. For example, in the 400 and 500 ms latency range, the recycling mode of waste cellphone of mobile phone operators evoke higher amplitude of LPP than other two modes in the central and parietal regions. In the 700 and 800 ms latency range, the recycling mode of waste cellphone of O2O electronic business evoke higher amplitude of LPP than other two modes in the occipital regions. The experiment is further verified that LPP is closely related to the importance of stimulus, attitude evaluation, attention, memory, emotion, cognition, and the decision of the decision-maker. Furthermore, based on the above research results, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the enterprises to construct a reasonable mobile phone recycling system.

    The Dual-Phase Signal Timing Optimization Model Based on Adaptive Genetic Algorithm

    On the basis of the dual phase, a dual-phase signal timing optimization model is built in order to effectively utilize the spatial and temporal resources at the intersection and alleviated the urban traffic congestion. The optimization target of the model is the average delay at the intersection, and the optimization parameters are the green time of each phase. And the adaptation genetic algorithm is applied to solve this optimization model. The flow data of the evening peak is investigated at 4 intersections, and the classic Webster timing method and the optimization model proposed in this paper are used to optimize the timing in these intersections respectively. The results show that the dual-phase signal timing optimization model performs well compared with the Webster timing method, and the average delay at these intersections is reduced by 11.36%, 13.74%, 3.72% and 9.00% respectively, the operation of the intersection can be effectively improved; and the more unbalanced the flow of the two directions in the same phase is, the better optimization the dual-phase signal timing optimization model performs.

    In order to solve the existing bus scheduling flaws of ignoring spatial distribution between line stations and low operation efficiency of the lines, a kind of scheduling model of single line based on commutation passenger flow is proposed, and the corresponding algorithm is designed to solve the scheduling model with the requirement of passenger flow in time and space. Lastly, a bus line of Mianyang City is used in an actual case analysis, and the result shows that in this way, the peak passenger overall time is reduced by 5 290.9 min, with the optimization efficiency as high as 13.93%, which indicates that the method can save the passenger travel time and improve the efficiency of the line.

    A Research on C2B E-commerce Intelligent Recommendation for Personalized Customization

    C2B(customer to business) customization is one of the important directions for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises. However, the current development of personalized customization is weak, and intelligent recommendation isn't introduced in the process to assist the user in customization. In order to guide the user's product customization and decision making, enabling him to accurately describe his own needs and improve the customization efficiency, an intelligent recommendation algorithm is introduced in the personalized customization. Based on the original article-based collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, a step-by-step intelligent recommendation algorithm suitable for C2B personalized customization is proposed. A car customization case is introduced to simulate and calculate the algorithm and generate the recommended results, which proves the effectiveness and practicability of the algorithm.

    Cultivating application-oriented innovative talents meeting the needs of innovative social development and the requirements of international standards for engineering education certification has become a problem for the long-term planning of university industrial engineering major courses. So measuring the fitness of personnel training modes to professional certification standards is an important indicator to evaluate the effectiveness of the models. In order to build a good model of application-oriented innovative talents, a 7-level cloud scale is established, with the cloud theory fully expressing the characteristics of ambiguity and randomness. The analytic hierarchy process, which measures the scale according to the cloud theory, assigns weights to the various elements of the training model, and constructs a measure model of the response cloud. The degree of subordination is determined by the degree of closeness between the computational response cloud and the ruler cloud, and an effective measure of the responsiveness of the "cultivation mode-authentication standard" is achieved. Finally, this measurement model is empirically analyzed. The conclusion shows:The cloud model is used to construct a response cloud measurement model, which achieves the evaluation of the responsiveness of the "cultivation mode-authentication standard" and objectively expresses the ambiguity and randomness of the measure itself. Among the elements of the training model for application-oriented innovative talents, the "education concept B2" and "cultivation process B4" account for more than 60% of the total. Only when the colleges and universities obtain good scores in these two factors can the training mode be more responsive to the common standards. This will provide a valuable reference for the development of application-oriented innovative talents training mode for professional engineering education in colleges and universities.
