A Development Level and Suitability Evaluation of Incubators in Guangdong Province Based on Niche Model
    ZHANG Fan, WANG Shusheng
    2019, 22 (1):  11-19.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.01.002
    Abstract ( 870 )   PDF (605KB) ( 5651 )   Save
Based on ecological perspective, the concept of incubator niche was proposed, and the incubator niche evaluation index system was constructed from three dimensions:economic-technical-social resources. On this basis, the niche model was used to evaluate the development level, development coordination degree and development suitability of incubators in 18 cities of Guangdong Province. The results show that:(1) while incubators have significant spatial agglomeration characteristics, they have higher niche in developed regions; (2) the social resource niche of the incubators in Guangzhou and Zhuhai lags behind the economic and technical niche, and social resources are the key "ecological factors" for incubators in these two cities; the technical niche of incubators in Dongguan and Foshan is slightly insufficient, which should be strengthened in the future; with the development level of incubators in the eastern western and northern regions backward, all resources need to be excavated and developed; (3) incubators in Guangzhou have highest development suitability, and the incubators in eastern, western and northern regions have high evolutionary momentum.

A Design of Agricultural Product Supply Chain Structure Considering Horizontal Competition
FENG Chun, LIU Meiping, YANG Xuan
    2019, 22 (1):  20-26.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.01.003
    Abstract ( 904 )   PDF (401KB) ( 5687 )   Save
By applying game theory, a three-tier agricultural supply chain composed of farmers, cooperatives and social enterprises is established, to analyze the impact of different levels of horizontal competition on the supply chain, as well as the pro-poor nature of cooperatives. The results show that the level of horizontal competition between cooperatives and social enterprises at different tiers has impacts on the optimal decision-making of all members in the supply chain and the total profit of members at all tiers; and that horizontal competition can better reflect the pro-poor nature of cooperatives. In addition, the influence of cooperative exclusive and sharing of supply farmers on the supply chain is analyzed. It is found that cooperatives exclusive supply farmers will inhibit the level of horizontal competition among cooperatives. Finally, a supply chain that is most beneficial to farmers is established-one consisting of appropriate number of farmers, multiple cooperatives and multiple social enterprises, and cooperatives sharing all farmers.

A Research on Pricing Decision and Coordination of Dual-channel with Demand Disruptions under Market Segmentation
JING Youguo, XIONG Siqin, QIN Kaida
    2019, 22 (1):  27-35.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.01.004
    Abstract ( 1209 )   PDF (601KB) ( 5611 )   Save
Aiming at a double-channel supply chain made up of a manufacturer with an independent segment market and a retailer with a traditional channel, the pricing decision and coordination problems when facing the demand disruption are researched. Under the premise of no disturbance of market demand, a model of dual channel supply chain under market segmentation is established by applying dynamic game. For the centralized supply chain, how the dual-channel supply chain is priced and coordinated when the market demand is disrupted in four situations is examined and discussed by solving the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) conditions of optimal profit under market segmentation, and then comparing it with the optimal decision without disturbance. For the decentralized supply chain, conditions are derived which the revenue sharing contract should meet when the supply chain is re-coordinated. The results of the example analysis show that when the value of the revenue sharing contract parameter is within the specified interval, the total profit of the supply chain can be increased by about 4.5%, and the Pareto improvement is realized.

YANG Aifeng, ZHAN Qianying, SONG Mingzhu, HU Xiaojian
    2019, 22 (1):  36-44.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.01.005
    Abstract ( 1041 )   PDF (717KB) ( 5939 )   Save
Assuming that the third party remanufacturer (third party) needs to pay the authorization fee to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) in order to recycle and remanufacture the used items, the OEM and the third party compete in both the forward supply chain sale market and the reverse supply chain recovery market. A Cournot game model is set up with constraints to maximize the closed-loop supply chain profits of both sides. It obtains the optimal production amount and the optimal recovery price of end-of-use products under third party partial remanufacturing and third party completing remanufacturing by using K-T condition. Finally, the influence of the unit authorization fee and other parameters on the decision variables and the optimal profits are analyzed by means of analytical methods and numerical examples.

HUANG Fu, SONG Huaming, YANG Hui, WANG Lisha, MA Dongsheng, WU Jiawei
    2019, 22 (1):  45-52.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.01.006
    Abstract ( 1016 )   PDF (940KB) ( 5987 )   Save
A joint price and product quality decision problem is investigated in which product quality is endogenous and customers have different acceptance of direct channel and retail channel. Considering that the supply chains can be centralized or decentralized, the price equilibrium decision, the product quality level and profit between manufacturer and retailer are compared under three models, and the channel strategy and optimal price of retailer and manufacturer analyzed. The results show that:compared with the traditional retail channel, in centralized decision, the manufacturer, by adding a direct channel, does not change the retailer's price, but can improve the product quality level and the profit of the supply chain; and in decentralized decision, the manufacturer, by adding a direct channel, will reduce the wholesale price, retailer's price and product quality level of the product. In addition, the direct channel may not always be detrimental to the retailer.

Impact of Construction Material Supply Disruption on Contractor Cost——A Robust Model Analysis
YUAN Huihui, WEN Xiuchun, LU Jianfei, SUN Huaping
    2019, 22 (1):  53-60.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.01.007
    Abstract ( 870 )   PDF (910KB) ( 5813 )   Save
In order to reveal and analyze the impact of the supply interruption, which occurs under the coupling condition between the two subjects of the supplier and contractor-based secondary supply chain, on the supplier's optimal decision-making and the contractor's cost, the supplier's high exit risk is taken as a research object. While knowing only the output mean and variance, the worst-case robust decision-making method proposed by Scarf is used and the feedback of the supply chain system under different decision-making situations is set and the game process of the secondary supply chain under different exit criteria analyzed. Based on the theoretical simulation of the robust model, the numerical simulation results show that when the exit criterion α is 100, the intermediate variable is in the range of 290~350, and the supplier has the optimal decision, but the contractor's optimal decision cannot be determined; compared with α being 0, when the order quantity reaches a certain state, that is, α when is 140, the contractor's cost increases by 1.5%, indicating that the contractor's cost is positively related to the supplier's exit criteria. The higher the exit standard, the greater the impact on the contractor's cost. This conclusion provides a new perspective for the mechanism of supply disruption in the initial stage of unstable supply chain and incomplete information.

An Optimization of the Vehicle Routing Problem Based on Customer Satisfaction
HU Zuoan, JIA Yezi, LI Bowei, LIU Lu
    2019, 22 (1):  100-107.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.01.013
    Abstract ( 2078 )   PDF (906KB) ( 5743 )   Save
Seeing that customer satisfaction is not a concern in the traditional vehicle routing problem, customer satisfaction is measured by the customers' requirement of service time and goods integrity. The time satisfaction function based on the fuzzy time window and the cargo integrity satisfaction function based on the damage rate are constructed. Maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing transportation cost are taken as objectives and the corresponding example is designed and solved by using LINGO software. The scanning method used by medium and small-sized logistics enterprises is contrasted to verify the validity of the model. The results show that the average customer satisfaction obtained by using LINGO software is 36.3% higher than the scanning method, so the customer satisfaction and transportation cost are balanced through the established model. The model has certain theoretical reference value for the optimization of distribution path in logistics enterprises.
