    CHEN Weida, SHI Wenjin
    2019, 22 (3):  1-8.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.03.001
    Abstract ( 1251 )   PDF (1032KB) ( 5630 )   Save
A study is conducted on the decision of production and emission reduction investment of manufacturing/remanufacturing enterprises considering carbon quota pledge financing under capital constraints. Two mathematical models about no-financing and having carbon quota pledge financing considering capital constraints are established, and then the impact of self-owned capital and effect parameters of emission reduction on product, carbon emissions and total profit are analyzed by examples. The result shows that in the case of capital constraints, carbon quota pledge financing can increase production and profits, but it may also lead to an increase in total carbon emissions, which contradicts the purpose of reducing carbon emissions. The company's ability to reduce emissions is positively related to the accumulation of emission reduction effects. The amount of accumulation is small when it is not financed. Choosing financing can lay a foundation for the company to achieve a win-win situation in the future.

    2019, 22 (3):  9-18.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.03.002
    Abstract ( 870 )   PDF (742KB) ( 6205 )   Save
The optimal workers scheduling of assembly line considering the differences in worker assembly levels and the flow distribution between different workstations was analyzed. After determining the sort of mixed flow assembly line, the assembly worker worked in the workstation where she/he was good at and took part in the assembly work of other stations after completing the work in this workstation. An optimized mathematical model of mixed-flow assembly line workers considering the difference in workstation efficiency and flow distribution was established after the definition of the relevant optimization factor variables and constraints. The peak sharpening algorithm and multiple population migration algorithm were adopted for the adjustment of the workers and balance optimization, and then a three-layer neural network to evaluate peak cutting the location choice was used to obtain the optimal allocation of workers. Finally, an example was given to verify the listed model with Matlab, and two assembly workers were reduced and the assembly line balance rate was increased.

    GUO Qiang, YANG Shuang
    2019, 22 (3):  19-29,76.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.03.003
    Abstract ( 846 )   PDF (1392KB) ( 5713 )   Save
With piracy existing in the information products market, a monopoly manufacturer's selection of user co-design is examined. Based on the consumer individual rationality and incentive compatibility, as well as the basic utility model, according to whether the pirated products present in the information product market and the original manufacturers choose user co-design or not, four mathematical models, respectively, NS, NC, and are set up. By comparing the results of the four models the following conclusions can be drawn. Firstly, when manufacturers choose user co-design, monopoly manufacturer's profit in the NC model is higher than monopoly manufacturer's profit in the YC model, and monopoly manufacturer's profit decreases with the reduction of user's co-design efforts. Secondly, when the consumers' valuation to legitimate information products is small, the user's co-design efforts level in YC model is higher than the user's co-design efforts level in YC model. When the consumers' valuation to commercial information products is large, the user's co-design efforts level in YC model is lower than the user's co-design efforts level in YC model. Thirdly, regardless of there being pirated products in the information market or not, the manufacturer's market share when the manufacturer chooses the user co-design is lower than the manufacturer's market share while the manufacturer does not choose the user co-design. Finally, regardless of there being pirated products in the information market or not, when the quality of commercial information products is low, the price of the commercial information products as the manufacturer chooses co-design is lower than the price when the manufacturer does not choose co-design. When the quality of commercial information products is high, the price of the commercial information products as the manufacturer chooses co-design is higher than the price when the manufacturer does not choose co-design.

    2019, 22 (3):  37-43.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.03.005
    Abstract ( 1087 )   PDF (825KB) ( 5531 )   Save
Aiming at the quality control problem of wind turbine hub assembly process, a method is put forward that identifies and monitors the key process of hub assembly oriented to positioning, according to the characteristics of multi-variety small batch production mode. Considering the cost and relative quality loss in the assembly production of the wheel hub, the quality characteristic loss standard of the assembly process is proposed, and the improved Taguchi quality loss function adopted to identify the key process of the hub assembly. In order to solve the bottleneck of statistical process control (SPC) method applied to small batch production mode, the process similarity analysis and evaluation method is introduced based on intuitionistic fuzzy set, which means that by analyzing the influencing factors of process similarity, this method aims to establish a similarity evaluation index system and an evaluation model for the hub group process, which complete the measure of process similarity. Finally, the SPC method is used to monitor and manage the key processes of the hub assembly to ensure the assembly quality of the hub. This study provides a theoretical basis for the use of SPC methods to manage process quality in small batch production models.

HAN Wenmin, HUANG Jingsong, WU Jun, XIA Huajie, ZHANG Lulu
    2019, 22 (3):  57-64.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.03.008
    Abstract ( 727 )   PDF (649KB) ( 5763 )   Save
More and more enterprises are faced with the problems that production tasks are often complex and changeable, and random disturbances increase dramatically during production, which leads to frequent work interruption. Thus, it is necessary to investigate the changes of operators' performance and cognitive load in the case of work interruption. A Lego-light assembly experiment was carried out under interruption mixed with different degrees of complexity and similarity. 24 undergraduates participated in the experiment. Each subject was randomly assigned to five different groups of assembly tasks (non-interruption, similar-simple, complex-similar, simple-dissimilar, and complex-dissimilar). During the experiment, the operators' completion time and error rate were recorded. Meanwhile, the changes of oxygen hemoglobin concentration in the left and right brain prefrontal of operators were monitored with the use of near-infrared spectroscopy device. The results show that the complexity of interruption tasks has no effect on the brain cognitive load and performance of operators, but similar interruptions impair operators' performance, and dissimilar interruptions increase operators' cognitive load. The study finds the allocation of attention resources in the brain when operators were interrupted, and develops the working memory theory in the process of attention focus conversion of the action skill task, which guides light assembly companies to formulate interrupt management strategies rationally, improve production efficiency, and reduce operator cognitive load to achieve sustainable and efficient production.

QU You, GUAN Zhimin, ZHAO Ying
    2019, 22 (3):  65-76.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.03.009
    Abstract ( 1369 )   PDF (1089KB) ( 5447 )   Save
Customers' preference to greener agricultural products makes farmers and downstream manufacturers realize the importance of improving the greenness of primary agricultural products. Aiming at the farmers and risk-averse manufacturers' decision on green investment in primary agricultural products, the payoff matrix is obtained by developing a Stackelberg game. Based on evolution game theory, the evolutionary process of the two heterogeneous groups has been analyzed and the ESS (Evolutionary Stability Strategy) gained. A simulation of the system evolutionary process has also been conducted. The results show that facing the customers who possess green purchase preference, at least one side of the farmers and manufacturers will invest in improving the greenness of primary agricultural products. When they collaborate and share the investment costs, an ideal equilibrium state system will be evolved; under the ideal equilibrium state, the evolutionary velocities and revenue (utility) of the farmers and manufacturers are directly related with the manufacturers' risk-averse parameters and costs sharing proportion.

    LI Lu, DAI Yeming
    2019, 22 (3):  77-85.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.03.010
    Abstract ( 1209 )   PDF (1305KB) ( 5638 )   Save
Considering the competition behavior of electricity suppliers in continuous time slots, advertising differential game theory is introduced to depict the interaction among electricity suppliers. A Stackelberg game model with multiple leaders and multiple followers is formulated to study the real-time electricity pricing problem. By solving the optimal problem on user side and the non-cooperative differential Nash equilibrium among electricity suppliers, the Stackelberg game equilibrium between the suppliers and users is achieved. Finally, the real-time electricity price under the advertising competition of electricity suppliers is obtained. The results of numerical simulation show that the maximum payment of electricity suppliers taking advertising behavior increases first and then decreases with the increase of its advertising cost and price, but increases with the increase of user scale. In addition, with the increase of unit advertising cost, the uniform electricity price of electricity suppliers gradually decreases and the user's utility is improved. Moreover, the electricity suppliers with lower advertising cost sell more electricity.

    2019, 22 (3):  86-92,109.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.03.011
    Abstract ( 768 )   PDF (788KB) ( 5597 )   Save
Sifting a target patent with core competitiveness through existing patents is the key step of patent circumvention to raise the starting point. For massive patents in design domain, a multi-index evaluation model was proposed, which effectively integrates subjective and objective weights. To improve the scientificalness and operability of evaluation indicators, the positive correlations between patent bibliographic data and patent quality were analyzed. As a result, five bibliographical data, i.e. patent duration, claims number, family number, citing number and cited number, were selected as indexes to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of patent quality. By combining Delphi Method, Analytic Hierarchy Process and Mean Square Error Decision Method, the objective and subjective weighting approach was presented to ensure authority of the evaluation result and reduce effects of personal bias and compromises. A process model of selecting target patents based on the patent quality evaluation model was built and applied in a real case of patent circumvention. The results show that the model improves the overall efficiency of finding target patents with core competitiveness.

YU Jianli, GU Fengying, CHEN Honggen
    2019, 22 (3):  93-99.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.03.012
    Abstract ( 624 )   PDF (788KB) ( 5425 )   Save
To optimize the quality of milling process, a milling parameter optimization method based on hesitant fuzzy decision making is studied. According to the mechanism of milling cutting process, the controllable factors are introduced into the experiment firstly. The mathematical optimization model of milling parameter is established based on experimental data. Then it combines the hesitant Euclidean distance with fuzzy logic inference to simplify the multi-response system in the milling process. The above process avoids the setting of right weights in the traditional fuzzy measure method and extracts the effective information of the correlation of the response at the same time. Finally, the most suitable combination of parameters is obtained through the main effect analysis among the controllable factors and the output value of the fuzzy inference process:when the feed speed is 0.01 mm/tooth, the cutting depth is 0.064 mm, the cutting speed reaches 396 m/min, and the cutting width reaches 12.26 mm, the surface roughness Ra and Rt of the machined components are optimized, which improves the quality of the machining parts. From the result, it is clear that the method of hesitant fuzzy decision theory is applied to the optimization of milling parameters for the first time. This application avoids the information loss caused by the mean processing method and can increase the robustness of experimental design. Compared with the desirability function method, the proposed milling parameter optimization method based on hesitant fuzzy decision is not restricted by the right weight and it can optimize the two responses of the process at the same time, which has practical effectiveness and reliability.

The community health service center mainly provides comprehensive preventive healthcare services. It not only saves medical resources, but also satisfies residents' needs for healthcare. Effective prevention can improve the quality of life for residents. The operation strategy of this kind of service is explored from the perspective of appointment, the revenue of the operator analyzed, considering the situation that residents will cancel the appointment and no-shows comprehensively, establishing the revenue model, giving the solution method, and solving the dynamic operation scheme under different parameter settings by a numerical simulation. The results of numerical simulation analysis show that in the case of no-shows, the operator will preferentially allocate more service capacity to the reserved residents, and there are optimal appointment plans that can be selected under different probabilities of no-shows. When considering the cancellation of appointments and no-shows at the same time, the operator can improve the satisfaction and participation of residents by adjusting the unit price of the service appropriately, and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the subsequent establishment of an operation appointment system for such services.

A Model and an Algorithm of Logistics Terminal Node Location Problem Considering Customer Satisfaction
    XIAO Yuhui, LOU Zhenkai
    2019, 22 (3):  126-131.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2019.03.016
    Abstract ( 790 )   PDF (499KB) ( 5502 )   Save
In order to solve the location problem of single logistics terminal node of picking up goods by self-help pattern, the constraint of farthest distance is considered under the premise that customers' number and geographical location are given, and a mathematical model is established with the objective function of the fuzzy membership degree of customer satisfaction. For the purpose of solving the model, the means clustering is applied to obtain an initial feasible node, and then a heuristic algorithm is proposed to optimize the initial solution based on excentre of triangle and equal diversion point by taking customers of less satisfaction as vertexes, which allows to accept one-time suboptimum solution in order to avoid falling into local optimum. In addition, a memory array is set to ensure that final output is optimal solution throughout the process. Finally, a numerical example is given, which demonstrates that the heuristic algorithm is better than both the means clustering and the point density clustering.
