JIANG Minghui, ZHAO Leilei, ZHAN Wentao, LI Chengzhang
    2022, 25 (5):  1-9,37.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2022.05.001
    Abstract ( 1430 )   HTML ( 134 )   PDF (1781KB) ( 3353 )   Save
Aiming at the duopoly market composed of two traditional retailers, a case that one of the retailers chooses to increase service provision is considered, and what kind of service strategy the retailer adopts is studied. Based on the Hotelling model, a retailer's decision-making model is constructed under the two modes of a single retailer adopting a charging service strategy and a free service strategy to obtain the retailer's optimal profit, optimal price and the effect of the retailer's increased service, and the optimal profit and optimal price of two retailers under different modes are compared. Finally, a numerical example analysis and verification show that whether it is a strategy of providing a service for a fee or a strategy of providing a service for free, the retailer who increases the service can obtain higher profits than if it does not increase the service. When the price of charging services is within a lower range, it is better for retailers to adopt a charging service strategy; when the price of charging services is within a higher range, it is better for retailers to adopt a free service strategy.

The Effect of Retailer Information Sharing on Supplier Encroachment Strategies with the Perspective of Production Diseconomies
LIU Dun, WANG Shu, NIE Jiajia
    2022, 25 (5):  10-19.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2022.05.002
    Abstract ( 1067 )   HTML ( 33 )   PDF (663KB) ( 3195 )   Save
The effects of retailer information sharing on supplier channel encroachment strategies are studied from the perspective of production diseconomies. Considering the situation of centralized decision and decentralized decision respectively, the supply chain models are established with different supplier encroachment strategies, and supplier's encroachment strategies and the value of retailer's information sharing are analyzed. The results show that regardless of centralized or decentralized decision, when the entry cost of encroachment is less than the threshold value, the supplier always tends to encroach and open direct channel. Under decentralized decision, information sharing always increases the benefits of the supplier and erodes the benefits the retailer. However, under certain conditions, the retailer can be encouraged to share his/her private forecast information voluntary through the supply chain coordination mechanism. Production diseconomies has negative effect on supply chain regardless of centralized decision or decentralized decision, and it also weakens the encroaching motive of the supplier.

    2022, 25 (5):  20-28.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2022.05.003
    Abstract ( 1093 )   HTML ( 24 )   PDF (1320KB) ( 3409 )   Save
To analyze the influence of substitution effect on the decision-making of service terminal closed-loop supply chain, based on the different responsibility subjects of recycling and remanufacturing, a two-period decision-making model of service terminal closed-loop supply chain was established. Then based on Stackelberg game method, the equilibrium solutions were solved under three modes: the recycler is responsible for recycling and the remanufacturer for remanufacturing; the recycler is responsible for recycling and the manufacturer for remanufacturing; and the manufacturer is responsible for both recycling and remanufacturing, and the variation trends of equilibrium solutions with substitution effect were analyzed. Several results were concluded: 1) when the manufacturer is responsible for recycling and remanufacturing, the sales price of new products is the lowest, the demand of new products is the largest, and the recycling rate is the highest in the first period; 2) when the manufacturer is engaged in remanufacturing, compared with the recycler, it is beneficial to improve the recovery rate, reduce the sales price of remanufactured products and expand the market demand when the manufacturer is responsible for recycling in the second period; 3) The enhancement of substitution effect will reduce the sales price of new products, and increase the demand of remanufactured products, and also improve the recycling rate in the second period.

    DU Jianguo, HU Jizhe
    2022, 25 (5):  38-46.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2022.05.005
    Abstract ( 1241 )   HTML ( 20 )   PDF (1261KB) ( 3406 )   Save
In order to study the outsourcing mode selection and green transformation of fast fashion industry, Stackelberg game models led by fast fashion retailers are respectively established under OBM, OEM and ODM modes, when fast fashion retailers pay attention to consumer surplus. Reverse induction is used to solve the impact on product pricing and green degree decisions when fast fashion retailers pay attention to consumer surplus under three modes. The effectiveness of the conclusion is verified by a numerical simulation, and the corresponding management countermeasures are put forward. It is found that the level of product green degree is positively correlated with retailers' attention to consumer surplus, product initial fashion degree and sales cycle, and negatively correlated with the decline rate of fashion degree; when the green R&D cost coefficient is low, the sales price is positively correlated with the retailer's attention to consumer surplus, and vice versa; retailers pay attention to consumer surplus, which is always beneficial to consumers and has the greatest impact on the supply chain channel members of OBM mode, with ODM mode as the second, and OEM mode the least.

    ZHOU Hui
    2022, 25 (5):  47-54.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2022.05.006
    Abstract ( 1229 )   HTML ( 28 )   PDF (673KB) ( 3398 )   Save
Considering decision-makers overestimate consumers' sensitivity to product greenness and the accuracy of uncertainty in product demand, a study is conducted on the impact of decision-makers' overconfidence on product greenness, product pricing and supply chain member profit in a dual-channel green supply chain. Based on game theory, a dual channel supply chain decision-making model is constructed under the three situations: both the manufacturer and the retailer are overconfident under centralized decision-making, only the retailer is overconfident under decentralized decision-making and only the manufacturer is overconfident under decentralized decision-making, and draws a conclusion through optimization solution and simulation analysis. The results show that, the retailer's overconfidence leads to a decline in product greenness, wholesale price, direct-sale channel retail price and manufacturer's profit, while the change of retailer's profit and retail price are related to retail channel market share; the manufacturer's overconfidence leads to the increase of product greenness, wholesale price, retail price of two channels and manufacturer's profit, while the retailer's profit increases first and then decreases with the manufacturer's overconfidence.

    2022, 25 (5):  55-64.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2022.05.007
    Abstract ( 1134 )   HTML ( 9 )   PDF (1494KB) ( 3355 )   Save
Under the mechanism of carbon quota and carbon trading, in order to explore the joint dynamic emission reduction problem of the whole supply chain, the time preference utility function is introduced and a three-party differential game model of supplier, manufacturer and retailer is constructed. The trajectory of carbon emission reduction and the overall value of supply chain under non-collaborative decentralized decision-making and collaborative centralized decision-making are obtained by using the reverse induction method. At the same time, a numerical simulation is carried out on the tripartite value of consistent decision time preference and inconsistent decision time preference. The results show that the carbon emission reduction under collaborative centralized decision-making is greater than that under non-collaborative decentralized decision-making, and collaborative centralized decision-making is more conducive to achieving Pareto optimization of carbon emission reduction; in the two kinds of decision-making, the decision-maker with the same time preference often gets higher value; on the contrary, the decision-maker will get less value, and the inconsistent degree of time preference aggravates this phenomenon.

A Design of Reward-Based Crowdfunding Contract Considering Imitative Competition
JI Ying, ZHU Jianli, QU Shaojian
    2022, 25 (5):  65-72.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2022.05.008
    Abstract ( 1023 )   HTML ( 5 )   PDF (656KB) ( 3338 )   Save
The blockage of traditional financing channels forces many start-ups to turn their attention to the public, hoping to obtain initial investment through crowdfunding. However, the project information released by enterprises on crowdfunding platform aggravates the risk of product being imitated. Therefore, the feasibility and optimization design of crowdfunding contract are studied in order to reduce the loss caused by imitation competition, that is, to strike a balance between traditional product market distortion caused by crowdfunding and external imitation competition. The analysis shows that such crowdfunding contracts can enable otherwise underfunded projects to be executed, and highlight the new interaction between external imitation competition and corporate product pricing, financing goals, and profits. More intense imitation competition reduces the ability of crowd-funding enterprises to extract earnings, and enterprises will formulate corresponding crowd-funding contracts to deal with imitation competition. Some theoretical advice and practical reference are provided for the development of crowdfunding projects in imitative competition.

The Influence of Quality Cost on Product Quality Decision and Operation of Closed-loop Chain Member
MENG Lijun, CHENG Hongya, HUANG Zuqing
    2022, 25 (5):  73-80,97.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2022.05.009
    Abstract ( 1156 )   HTML ( 15 )   PDF (1072KB) ( 3409 )   Save
A closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) with an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and consumers is considered. Based on the "quality-price" dual-competition between the new products and remanufactured ones, the influence of quality cost on the OEM decisions and its performance is studied. The results show that: 1) the quality cost has a significant impact on the product quality strategy of OEM. There is a threshold value of the quality cost coefficient. If the quality cost is lower than the threshold, OEM will choose the strategy of keeping remanufactured products and new ones the same in price dimension but different in quality dimension; otherwise, OEM will choose the strategy of keeping both the quality and price of remanufactured products different from those of new ones; 2) Whether there exists quality difference between new ones and remanufactured ones has no effect on the total demand, but only affects market share; 3) For the sake of environmental protection, in order to stimulate the demand of the remanufactured products, government intervention is necessary to compensate the loss of enterprise profits; 4) the quality of remanufactured products is not necessarily inferior to that of new ones. Under certain conditions, the quality of remanufactured products is superior to that of new ones, and this quality advantage increases with quality cost increasing.

    2022, 25 (5):  81-89.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2022.05.010
    Abstract ( 1106 )   HTML ( 8 )   PDF (1084KB) ( 3382 )   Save
By constructing a tripartite evolutionary game model of the consumer, the remanufacturer and the government to determine the payoff matrice and the replicator dynamic equation, and the impact of government restricted control policies on the development of extended warranty industry is explored. Based on the life cycle theory, the evolution path between the three key stages of industry development is simulated, and the impact of key parameters on the evolution result is analyzed. The results show that in the initial stage of industry development, the government can increase the subsidy promote the evolution of the extended warranty industry to the middle stage. In the middle stage, the government needs to reasonably control the incentives and penalty to ensure that all three parties in the game can profit from it. In the mature stage, environmental problems have been greatly improved. Active regulation has marginal diminishing returns, and the government should adopt a passive control strategy. The failure rate of the remanufactured product will affect the final evolution strategy of each game player. An excessively high failure rate may cause system disorders. The remanufacturer and the government need to actively take measures to ensure product quality.

LIU Jiansheng, YANG Lin, GAO Tengfei
    2022, 25 (5):  90-97.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2022.05.011
    Abstract ( 1169 )   HTML ( 12 )   PDF (817KB) ( 3436 )   Save
Fishbone layout warehouse is formed by inserting two main channels in the traditional rectangular warehouse, which has obvious advantages in sorting efficiency. Based on the Fishbone warehouse layout, an optimization model of Fishbone warehouse design was established to investigate the effects of different storage strategies on the warehouse layout when the space sharing effect was taken into account and the minimum one-way average picking distance. A gradational approximation strategy and dynamic programming algorithm were used to determine the optimal classification and class boundary. And then an adaptive genetic algorithm was designed to obtain the optimization storage layout parameters under the optimization storage classification. A simulation analysis was conducted based on the experimental data of the case. The results show that the warehouse layout based on the classification storage strategy performs well, and less space is required and the picking distance of goods is smaller. In addition, the greater the demand difference of goods stored in the warehouse is, the more significant the advantage of considering the space sharing effect is, which can reduce the picking distance of goods by up to 37.1%.

DONG Chengxiang, WEI Xin, ZHANG Kunpeng, WANG Yongchao, YANG Yuhui
    2022, 25 (5):  98-105.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2022.05.012
    Abstract ( 964 )   HTML ( 6 )   PDF (1587KB) ( 3357 )   Save
Predicting passenger demand is challenging due to nonlinear and dynamic demand patterns. The spatiotemporal dependencies among various zones need to be taken into consideration to improve the prediction accuracy. To address the problem of passenger demand prediction, a GCN-LSTM model is established by combining the graph convolutional network (GCN) and long short-term memory (LSTM). Based on the analysis of the spatiotemporal correlation among various urban areas, passenger demand maps are constructed with the help of the dynamic time warping (DTW) algorithm and the spatial dependencies of the demand map captured using GCN. The LSTM-based encoder is used to capture the temporal dependencies of the zones. The LSTM-based decoder is used to carry out the multi-step predictions of passenger demand for multiple zones simultaneously. The comparison experiments show that the proposed GCN-LSTM model outperforms the traditional models in terms of the root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), and mean absolute error (MAE), which verifies the prediction accuracy of the proposed model.

    2022, 25 (5):  113-119.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2022.05.014
    Abstract ( 854 )   HTML ( 4 )   PDF (4793KB) ( 3428 )   Save
To further explore the complexity of Chinese airline network topology, based on the schedule data of domestic flights in the summer and autumn seasons of 2015 and 2019, an empirical analysis of the fractal characteristics of Chinese airline network is conducted by using the fractal theory. The research shows that: Chinese airline network has shorter average path length and clustering coefficient, and follows power-law distribution, having the characteristics of small world and scale-free feature. Degree correlation shows negative correlation and the network is heterotopic. The linear relationship between the box size lB and the minimum box number NB is significant in the log-log graph, which indicates that Chinese airline network has self-similar functional modules in structure, and it has fractal characteristics. Compared with network structure in 2015, in 2019 the average Chinese airline network shortest path and cluster coefficient decreased, and the number of nodes, the average degree of node, the dimension of no weight box increased from 5.065 in 2015 to 5.079, the weighted box dimension increased from 2.164 to 2.262, and as the fractal structure of Chinese airline network evolved over time, the overall structure of the network was getting better.

Airplane cabin cleaning service plays an important part in ground support service in airport. By analyzing the characteristic of the cabin cleaning staff scheduling problem which takes into consideration certainty factors such as required individuals and qualifications and uncertainty ones such as the start time and the end time of cabin cleaning tasks, a 0-1 integer programming model containing conflict probability γ is first built with the objective of maximizing the number of scheduling tasks and minimizing the probability of waiting for service. Second, the task conflict probability γ is proposed to describe the conflict degree of the time window between tasks. Third, taking the probability of intertask conflict γ as a main constraint, the effect of γ on scheduling results is studied. Finally, a series of test examples derived from scheduling practice of an airport is proposed, and the results verify the effectiveness of the model and the practicability of conflict probability γ and is helpful for the cabin cleaning service dispatcher to select a better scheme when making the service plan for cleaning staff.

    2022, 25 (5):  137-142.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7375.2022.05.017
    Abstract ( 976 )   HTML ( 2 )   PDF (401KB) ( 3345 )   Save
The online secondary platform (referred to as secondary platform, such as secondary e-commerce platform, secondary ticketing platform) provides a non-official trading channel between sellers and consumers. In order to study the impact of the secondary platform on the brand enterprise and consumers, the demand models of ordinary commodities with sufficient inventory and limited commodities under the dual channel mode of official channel and secondary platform are established respectively. Price-dependent function is used to model the demand of the ordinary commodities and utility function is used to model the demand of the limited commodities. The results show that for ordinary commodities, the secondary platform provides a distribution channel for the brand enterprise to realize pricing differentiation so as to increase the total demand. The purchase cost of consumers with low consumption level is also reduced. For limited commodities, the existence of secondary platform increases the speculation of scalpers and redistributes the limited commodities among different types of consumers. Finally, theoretical suggestions for the regulatory strategies of the regulatory department on the secondary platform are proposed.

    Abstract ( 1076 )   HTML ( 5 )   PDF (1460KB) ( 3393 )   Save
In order to solve the difficult situation of small and micro platform social responsibility governance, a new model of platform enterprise collaborative governance is proposed. Based on the evolutionary game theory, a tripartite game analysis model of large platform enterprises, small and micro platform enterprises and the government is constructed, and the evolutionary equilibrium law of the governance process revealed through solution and numerical simulation. The results show that when the governance of social responsibility issues of small and micro platforms is in evolutionary equilibrium, there are four combinations of evolutionary stability strategies. In order to put large platform enterprises and small and micro platforms in coordinated co-governance and the government in the equilibrium state of general supervision, it is necessary to meet the requirement that the tax subsidies given by the government to large platform enterprises are greater than the cost of their participation in governance; In the co-governance state, the benefits of governance are greater than those of non-governance, and the fines of non-governance are greater than the difference between the benefits of non-governance and governance. Therefore, the government should increase the tax subsidies of large platform enterprises and properly grasp the fines of small and micro platform enterprises. Both platform enterprises should strive to improve the benefits of collaborative governance, so as to realize the collaborative governance of corporate social responsibility of internet platforms, alleviate the responsibility problems of small and micro platform enterprises and solve the current situation of government supervision difficulties
