Abstract:
Focused on an intelligent manufacturing cell with testing process, considering its stochastic factors, the machine layout problem about it is researched. Firstly, analyzing the manufacturing process and characteristics of the intelligent manufacturing cell, the stochastic mixed nonlinear integer programming model of the machine layout problem is established. Then, the corresponding simulation model is established to solve the optimization problem. Finally, the effect of the testing rate variation on optimal solution was analyzed, and an analysis of variance about system performances is conducted to research the impact degree of the layout variation and the testing rate variation on system performances. The result can provide enterprises with decision basis about machine layout of the intelligent manufacturing cell.
