Abstract:
Due to the uncertainty of the batch production quantity of panel furniture orders, in order to maximize the use of limited space to store as many plates as possible, the linear integer programming is used to solve the optimal storage unit type and quantity based on the constraint that the probability of large plates in the sorting system that cannot be stored (explosion) is less than 5%. Through calculation examples, the rationality of the model is verified, which also shows that not a full turnover rate storage strategy or more classified storage strategies will definitely increase the demand for storage space.
