面向存储空间受限的分拣系统内多类型存储单元数量配置

    Multi-type Storage Unit Quantity Configuration for Sorting Systems with Limited Storage Space

    • 摘要: 由于板式家具订单组批生产数量存在不确定性,为了最大程度地利用有限的空间存放尽可能多的板材,本文在分拣系统出现较大板材无法存放 (爆仓) 的概率小于5%的约束下,基于线性整数规划,求解最优的存储单元种类和数量配置,并通过算例验证模型的合理性,也表明并非全周转率存储策略或更多的分类存储策略一定会增加需求存储空间。

       

      Abstract: Due to the uncertainty of the batch production quantity of panel furniture orders, in order to maximize the use of limited space to store as many plates as possible, the linear integer programming is used to solve the optimal storage unit type and quantity based on the constraint that the probability of large plates in the sorting system that cannot be stored (explosion) is less than 5%. Through calculation examples, the rationality of the model is verified, which also shows that not a full turnover rate storage strategy or more classified storage strategies will definitely increase the demand for storage space.
