Abstract: To solve the vehicle failure problem in municipal domestic waste collection and transportation, a method of identifying disruption and measuring the disturbance caused by the initial plan deviation is put forward based on the disruption management theory. A garbage collector and vehicle disruption management schedule is established aiming at minimizing the deviation with the original plan. In the end, through the comparison of the experimental results with the schedule, the effectiveness and superiority of the model and algorithm are proved.
