Abstract:
In order to reduce the cost of urban and rural logistics and improve the efficiency of urban and rural logistics, a cost-oriented planning model of the hybrid hub-and-spoke urban-rural integrated logistics network was constructed which meets the logistics needs of agricultural products and non-agricultural products and allows direct transportation. A tabu search algorithm was designed to solve the model. For verifying the effectiveness of the model and algorithm, a network simulation analysis including 6 nodes and sensitivity analysis of shipping discount coefficient
α,
β and loss coefficient
θ1 and
θ2 was carried out. Simulation results show that when node 4 and node 6 are selected as hub nodes and node 2 and node 3 establish direct transport, the optimal total cost of the network is 538 114. As
α and
β increase from 0 to 1, and as
θ1 and
θ2 increase from 0 to 0.5, the corresponding total network cost increases by 4.1%, 3.7%, 4.2% and 0.8% respectively. Conclusion: the construction of the hybrid hub-and-spoke logistics network of urban-rural integration can effectively reduce logistics costs, improve efficiency, and provide a reference for practical application.
