Abstract:
Considering the time-varying demands of online retailing, dynamic storage location adjustment of goods in warehouse respond to demand fluctuation based on the idea of gradual refinement and optimization, And the picker is allowed to change current picking route of the order picking to adjust the goods position. The variable route dynamic storage location assignment framework model is proposed. The forward and backward alternative return-based routing strategy, picking path adjustment strategy and candidate commodity selection algorithm are researched in detail. The simulation and data analysis verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. The results show the mode proposed can save picker's walking distance up to 25%, in the case of medium-sized order and high demand skewness, which can provide theoretical guidance for online retail enterprises to implement dynamic storage location adjustment scientifically.
