Abstract:
The traditional mass customization production model cannot meet the increasingly personalized product market changes, the products cannot be produced in batches, and the cost and time are increased in the production process. In response to this problem, based on the background environment of cloud manufacturing, a production model for mass customization products in the cloud environment is proposed, and a multi-objective optimization function model established which includes total production time, total production cost, and total product quality, and uses the NSGA-II algorithm to solve the model and the resource allocation problem in the model operation is studied. Finally, a numerical example is verified with a model airplane engine, that the model can obtain the optimal production plan to solve the problem of resource optimization allocation in the production process of mass customization products in the cloud environment.
