数字孪生在工业工程领域应用的热点和趋势分析

    • 摘要: 为了客观掌握国内外数字孪生技术在工业工程领域中的应用现状及研究进展,本文以Web of Science 和中国知网数据库中2017—2023年国内外相关文献为基础,进行文献梳理并构建了科学知识图谱。通过发文量分析发现,自2017年起,国内外有关数字孪生在制造业应用的研究日益增多,呈现出稳定的上升趋势,且中文文献的发表数量超过了英文文献。通过发文机构分析发现,北京航空航天大学、西安交通大学、西北工业大学,以及国外的University of Patras、SKKU等高校在该领域的文献产出量位居前列,说明国内外高校形成了对该领域的重要研究力量。通过关键词分析发现,国内研究热点为智能制造、人工智能、元宇宙,国外则更关注工业4.0、数字孪生模型设计与系统优化。国内的前沿主题集中在数字孪生模型的建立、数字孪生车间和数据驱动的应用;国外则集中在网络物理系统、制造系统和不确定性分析等主题。当前,数字孪生技术在工业工程领域实现了较为成熟的应用,但国内外研究侧重点不同,国内侧重于技术的具体应用和实践探索,而国外研究则偏向于模型与过程的优化。

       

      Abstract: The study aimed to objectively assess the current status and research progress of digital twin technology in industrial engineering both domestically and internationally. It conducts a literature review based on relevant publications from the Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) databases from 2017 to 2023, and developes a scientific knowledge map. Findings reveal that research on the application of digital twins in the manufacturing field has increased significantly since 2017, with Chinese publications surpassing English ones in frequency. Analysis of contributing institutions identifies significant output from Beihang University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, University of Patras, and SKKU, indicating a strong academic focus on this area. Keyword analysis distinguishes domestic interests in smart manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and the metaverse, while international research prioritizes Industry 4.0, digital twin design, and system optimization. Domestically, frontier topics revolve around the development of digital twin models, workshops, and data-driven applications. Internationally, the focus shifts to cyber-physical systems, manufacturing systems, and uncertainty analysis. Overall, digital twin technology has currently reached mature applications in industrial engineering, with domestic research concentrating on specific applications and practical exploration, in contrast to international studies' emphasis on model and process optimization.
