电动汽车运营模式与售后运维服务管理:综述与展望

    Operation Modes and After-sales Service Management for Electric Vehicles: Overview and Outlook

    • 摘要: 电动汽车运维管理问题对电动汽车产业的可持续健康发展具有重要意义,然而,目前学术界尚缺乏针对电动汽车运维管理问题的系统性综述研究。本研究采用文献计量方法,深入分析了107篇相关学术论文,从政策背景、供应链管理、建模求解等关键视角展示了该领域的研究现状。通过系统梳理文献,本研究提炼出电动汽车销售模式、充换电基础设施与运营效率优化、电池运维需求预测与质保服务管理、电池回收再制造与梯次利用四大研究热点,并从研究内容、基本模型和主要结论三个方面总结了现有研究成果与不足。在此基础上,重点探讨了“车电分离”模式下的换电站运维管理以及电动汽车二维质保服务两大议题。最后,本研究从“车电分离”模式、质保服务管理和政府叠加政策三个方面提出未来研究方向与建议,旨在为电动汽车运维管理问题的深入研究提供新视角与理论支持。

       

      Abstract: The issue of operations and maintenance (O&M) management of electric vehicles (EVs) is of critical importance to the sustainable and healthy development of the EV industry. However, there is currently a lack of systematic review studies in academia that focus on this topic. This study employs bibliometric methods to analyze 107 relevant academic papers, providing a comprehensive overview of the current state of research in this field from key perspectives such as policy background, supply chain management, and modeling and problem-solving approaches. Through a systematic review of the literature, this study identifies four major research hotspots: EV sales models, optimization of charging and swapping infrastructure and operational efficiency, battery maintenance demand forecasting and warranty service management, and battery recycling, remanufacturing, and cascading utilization. The study summarizes existing research in terms of content, fundamental models, and key findings, while also identifying gaps. Building on this foundation, the study focuses on two specific topics: the operations and maintenance management of battery swapping stations under the "vehicle-battery separation" model and two-dimensional warranty services for EVs. Finally, the study proposes future research directions and suggestions from three perspectives: the "vehicle-battery separation" model, warranty service management, and overlapping government policies. These findings aim to provide new perspectives and theoretical support for further exploration of EV operations and maintenance management issues.
