Abstract:
According to the current status of quality control in China's new energy automobile industry chain, a grey graphical evaluation and review technique (GERT) network based on quality value flow is constructed. Using this network, the quality value flow and value increment are analyzed in three scenarios: no strengthened quality control, decentralized quality control strengthened by each core enterprise, and comprehensive quality control across the entire industry chain led by core enterprises. The mechanisms of value increment in the new energy automobile industry chain are then explored, and the key links of quality control under the leadership of core enterprises are identified. Results show that it significantly promotes quality value increment across the industrial chain with the leadership of core enterprises, improving the overall effectiveness of quality control. In addition, leveraging the leadership of core enterprises also contributes to the enhancement of functions in key links of the industrial chain, such as battery cells, batteries, electric motors and raw materials. Furthermore, it is found that value flow along the industry chain presents a trend of inverted “√”, implying necessary focus on the bottleneck of value increment during the management process.
