Abstract: Based on the current status of quality control in China's new energy automobile industry chain, a G-GERT network based on quality value flow is constructed, and the quality value flow and value-added process under three scenarios: "the main body of the industry chain has not strengthened quality control", "the main body of the industry chain has strengthened quality control" and "the whole industry chain quality control led by the chain master enterprise" is analyzed by this network. Explore the key links of quality control of new energy vehicles and the leading role of chain master enterprises in the industrial chain. It is found that the leading role of the chain owner can promote the value-added of the quality value of the industrial chain, which makes the quality control effect of the whole industrial chain remarkable; In addition, giving play to the leading role of the chain master enterprises is conducive to the enhancement of the functions of key links in the industrial chain such as batteries, batteries, motors and raw materials. Taking appropriate measures for these key links can effectively improve the quality control effect of the new energy vehicle industry chain.
