基于观测激活策略的随机离散事件系统可靠故障诊断

    Reliable Fault Diagnosis of Decentralized Stochastic Discrete Event Systems Based on Activation Strategy of Observations

    • 摘要: 针对现有分布式故障诊断方法中均隐含两个假设“所有局部诊断器均可持续可用”且“事件可观测性预先固定而无法动态变化”的问题,本文提出一种基于观测激活策略的随机离散事件系统可靠故障诊断方法,其各地方站点的传感器可根据观测激活策略动态激活。首先,提出一种观测激活策略下随机离散事件系统的可靠分散诊断性的形式化方法,以确保即使部分局部诊断信息丢失也不影响系统对故障的分散诊断能力。其次,通过构建可靠共诊断器自动机,得到一个关于可靠分散诊断性的充要条件,并提出一种基于可靠共诊断器的可靠分散诊断算法,实现分布式随机离散事件系统在观测激活策略下的可靠分散诊断。最后,给出一个该方法在汽车制动系统中的应用实例。结果表明,该方法能够在事件可观测性动态变化及局部诊断信息丢失的情况下实现对故障的可靠分散诊断。

       

      Abstract: In view of the limitations of the assumptions that all local diagnosers are continuously available, and the observations of events are fixed in advance in the existing methods of fault diagnosis for distributed DES, a novel method of reliable fault diagnosis for distributed stochastic DES (SDES) based on activation strategy of observations is proposed, where each sensor of agents is allowed to be dynamically turned on/off according to the activation strategy of observations. First, a method of reliable codiagnosability of SDES is proposed, ensuring that the performance of fault diagnosis under the activation strategy of observations will not be degraded even when some local diagnostic information is lost. Then, an automaton of reliable codiagnoser is constructed, and the necessary and sufficient condition of reliable codiagnosability of SDES is presented. Moreover, an algorithm for verifying the reliable codiagnosability is proposed to achieve reliable diagnosis of distributed SDES under the activation strategy of observations. Finally, an illustrative example in the automotive braking system is provided. The result shows that the performance of reliable decentralized fault diagnosis can still be achieved even in the case of dynamic changes of event observations and partial loss of local diagnosis information by using the proposed method.
