Abstract:
As a key device to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system, the quality control of power distribution equipment is crucial. In view of the bottlenecks of traditional detection modes, such as insufficient sampling coverage, low labor efficiency, and difficulty in scheduling large-scale mixed line testing tasks, this paper constructs a digital intelligent technology system for quality inspection of large-scale power distribution equipment. The system adopts a three-layer architecture design, including a basic support layer, an intelligent detection layer, and a decision-making application layer, focusing on breakthroughs in key technologies such as multi-source heterogeneous data fusion, precise positioning of mobile elements, automatic wiring of robots, intelligent flexible detection and testing, quality defect knowledge graph, mining and traceability of equipment quality problems, intelligent identification of abnormal operation behavior, and collaborative scheduling of detection tasks. Through the application practice in Jiangsu Electric Power Test and Research Institute, the effectiveness of the technical system is verified. By building this technical system, it aims to break through the key technical bottlenecks that restrict the digital and intelligent quality control of large-scale power distribution equipment and comprehensively improve the quality control capabilities of power distribution equipment.
