Research on the Impact Factors of Supply Chain Strategy Transformation for Foreign Tradebased Logistics Companies under Financial Crisis

摘要: 提出了金融危机下外贸型物流企业向供应链战略转型的3个影响维度和10个影响因素。利用关联分析方法，建立了金融危机影响与外贸型物流企业供应链战略转型的4个关联模型，提出了一系列理论假设命题。通过东部沿海的5个地区企业的问卷采样，对假设与模型进行了实证研究，给出了金融危机影响与外贸型物流企业供应链战略转型的关联分析的路径系数图。结果表明，金融危机下外界环境变化、企业自身发展情况和问卷者的个人认识程度对供应链战略转型均有不同程度的正向影响，但资金流出现问题和收购兼并做大规模对供应链战略转型的必要性产生负向影响。Abstract: Supply chain under the financial crisis is discussed in this paper.For foreigntradebased logistics companies who make strategy transformation to respond to the crisis,three impact dimensions and ten impact factors are proposed.Four correlation models between the impact of financial crisis and strategy transformation are developed with hypothesis given.With the questionnaires for five cities of east China,an empirical research has been conducted to verify the results of the analysis and hypothetical propositions.Then,a correlation analysis figure for path coefficients is presented.The results show that both the changes of the external environment and the development statuses of the logistics companies have a positive effect on the strategic transformation of the supply chain.However,lack of cash and a largescale merger have negative effect.
