摘要: 讨论了在一个供应商和两个零售商组成的供应链中,供应商投资产品技术(质量)水平、零售商投资服务水平均可以拉动需求的环境下,站在零售商立场上,研究零售商并购的决策问题。选取利润作为决策优化的指标,投资效率系数作为决策变量。在供应商是Stackelberg领导者、Nash博弈和零售商是Stackelberg领导者3种并购决策问题下,分别确定决策变量的阈值,得出零售商的并购策略,并分析了零售商之间的协同效应对阈值的影响。Abstract: A kind of supply chain with two retailers and a common supplier is considered.In such a supply chain,the demands could be stimulated by the improvements of both supplier’s technology (quality) level and the retailers’ service quality.For the supply chain considered,it identifies the strategies with which a merger can increase or decrease the combined net worth of the two retailers.To maximize the profits of both the retailers and supplier,it takes investment efficiency parameter as control.For three strategies:1) the supplier acts as Stackelberg leader; 2) the retailers act as Stackelberg leader; and 3) Nash,the optimal parameter threshold is determined such that a retailer can make the decision whether to merger or not.The synergetic impacts among multiple retailers on the threshold are also analyzed.
