再利用市场中三方关联供应链的决策与协调

    Decision Making and Coordination Mechanism for Trilateral Supply Chains in Recycle Market

    • 摘要: 提出了在生产废弃物再利用过程中,将横向供应链和纵向供应链相结合的三方关联供应链(TSC)模型。分析了由于多产品多市场供需不确定导致的多重供需关系不匹配的情况下, TSC集中决策时的最优模型和分散决策下的双重主从最优决策模型。通过对传统两条供应链模型、TISC模型中分散决策模型和集中决策模型的收益进行对比,充分证明了跨链间TSC模型的可行性及集中决策的优越性。通过契约先使得整体经济效益和环境效益的最大化,然后运用收入-费用分享机制在TSC之间进行了收益共享。结果表明,与传统方式不同,在生产废弃物再利用的TSC模型中,负价格定价机制的运用同样能实现效益的增长。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, a trilateral supply chain (TSC) mode is proposed for the production waste recycle process by combing the horizontal and vertical supply chains. For the imbalance situation of multilateral relationship between supply and demands in multiproduct and multimarket environment with uncertainty, optimalcentralized decision making and optimaldecentralized decision making with dual masterslave mode in TSC are analyzed, respectively. Results show that: 1) the TSC mode is feasible; 2) the centralized decision making is superior to the decentralized decision making; and 3) revenuecost sharing contract is an efficient policy to maximize returns of the system and realize “winwin” between the members in the supply chain. Also, the utilization of minusprice system in the TSC achieves a reasonable distribution of benefits in the production waste recycle process.
