知识型团队内部知识转移与团队绩效的关系

    Knowledge Transfer and Team Performance in Knowledge Team

    • 摘要: 在回顾相关文献的基础上,结合团队知识转移的特点,运用知识转移的工具和技术,构建了知识型团队内部知识转移与团队绩效的整合关系模型,并提出了一系列研究假设。根据模型设计量表,通过对知识型团队的问卷调研获取研究数据,再利用统计软件SPSS AMOS对研究假设进行验证,最后得出相应结论。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the characteristics of the team knowledge transfer, and the transfer tools and techniques are analyzed in detail. Then, a model is developed to describe the relation between the knowledge transfer and team performance. With the model, a number of hypotheses are presented. To validate these hypotheses, questionnaire from 500 knowledge workers in different teams are collected. The data are processed by using statistical tools such as SPSS and AMOS. In this way, interesting results are obtained.
