基于田口质量损失函数的非正态EWMA控制图优化设计

    Optimization Design of an EWMA Control Chart for NonNormal Data based on Taguchis Loss Function

    • 摘要: 结合随机过程均值偏移的概率分布和田口质量损失函数,研究了非正态EWMA控制图的优化设计问题。利用Burr分布近似各种非正态分布,使田口质量损失函数的总平均值最小进而确定参数的最优值,对比研究表明该方法设计的非正态EWMA(ML-EWMA)控制图明显优于统计方法设计的非正态EWMA控制图,具有较小的质量损失。

       

      Abstract: The optimization design of Exponential Weighted Moving Average(EWMA) control chart for nonnormal data is addressed. A method that combines Taguchis loss function and the probability distribution of the random process mean shift is proposed. By using the Burr distribution to approximate various nonnormal distributions, the parameter of the EWMA control chart for nonnormal data is determined through minimizing the overall mean value (ML) of Taguchis loss function. Comparative studies show that the proposed MLEWMA control chart for nonnormal data is significantly superior to the statistical EWMA control chart for nonnormal data in terms of the overall loss of ML.
