Abstract: From the perspective of industrial transformation, the concept of innovation service platform operation ability is defined, upon which an empirical study of Guangdong innovation service platform operation ability is conducted, in which an evaluation, combined with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and data envelopment analysis (DEA), is undertaken of the innovation service platform of operation ability indexes. The results show that the whole platform operation capability is not ideal，but some parts are outstanding，and relevant policy recommendations are made.
