Abstract:
Faced with the increasing medical cost and limited medical service resources, the single-capacity medical service resource allocation is discussed in this paper. Based on diagnosis related groups (DRGs) and fuzzy demands, a model for systematic optimization is proposed. By this model, the uncertain demands are processed by using a fuzzy technique based on the credibility theory. With this model, a case for simple appendicitis surgery is analyzed based on a well-defined case type. By comparing the optimized total cost with the actual one, the model is shown to be able to optimize the allocation of medical resources with the fuzzy demand expectation with a 0-833 3 certain credibility. The model is demonstrated to be effective and provides guidance for practical applications.
