Abstract: Under the premise of increasing no capital, sites, staff, even no manual work on employees and with the check-in staff action as the research object, the whole and part of the check-in process are analyzed. The action research method of the industrial engineering analysis is applied, assisted with IEMS video motion analysis software and with the economic principle of motion as the guiding principle, to remove invalid move and improve the effective dynamic element, simplify check-in staff movement and get effective action process. As a result, the efficiency of the check-in is improved and the passenger satisfaction further improved.
