Abstract: Based on the project construction contract causing controversy and controversial case decomposition, a project construction contract dispute case model framework of knowledge management is proposed and the architecture analyzed. By introducing the theory of meta-knowledge and matrix model of knowledge representation into contract dispute knowledge management, a similarity match is used to realize case retrieval. Based on the proposed architecture and key technologies, the contractor enterprise can realize the knowledge management of the construction contract dispute case, so as to improve the utilization of knowledge resources and reduce the engineering cost.
