Abstract: Aiming at the defect that the previous research cannot use all information, an evaluation method of DEA cross-efficiency based on TOPSIS is proposed. Firstly, the cross-efficiencies of decision making units are calculated. Secondly, using all the information, the objective weight coefficients of cross-efficiency are computed. Finally, the aggregated cross-efficiencies are sorted. The results show that the proposed method is relatively objective and fair, and it can solve the problem of cross-efficiency evaluation of decision making units.
