Abstract:
In the "multi-supplier, single distribution center, single OEM" auto parts supply network, in order to solve the inventory-transportation integrated optimization problems of the third-party logistics (TPL) service provider, driven by the OEM's production demand information in leading the supply logistics activities, an auto parts inventory-transportation integrated optimization model is constructed, determining the frequency of pickup in the collection and transportation phase, the circular pickup route, and the component grouping method and delivery times of the delivery phase. The feasibility of the model has been verified in both performance and effectiveness, as well as in reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
