 The process of an existing galvanized steel sheet production in a company is analyzed by using procedure analysis.With this analysis, redundant activities are removed and the production process is redesigned.Then, layout is improved such that the processing route is shortened.In this way, the cycle time is reduced by 23% and the production rate is increased.
