Abstract
To enhance the sustainability of the Smart Product Service System (SPSS) and coordinate the value demands of multiple stakeholders, this paper proposes an integrated evaluation model oriented toward the value chain. First, a three-dimensional economic-social-environmental sustainable evaluation index system is constructed by decoupling the value demands of core subjects such as manufacturing enterprises and service providers. Second, the rough fuzzy Dematel-ANP (DANP) method and gray clustering model (GCM) are innovatively integrated to effectively deal with the indicator interactions and the fuzzy uncertainty in the evaluation process. Finally, using the example of the SPSS sustainable evaluation of intelligent freight vehicles, the validity of the model was verified, and the research conclusions also provided strategic support for the various entities participating in SPSS to enhance their sustainability benefits.
