手机屏幕放大镜的概念创新和设计准则

摘要:  对手机屏幕放大镜的功能需求和交互设计进行研究。以老年人和视力受损的年轻人为实验参与者,采用焦点小组讨论的方法深入了解他们在日常生活中对视觉辅助的需求和对手机屏幕放大镜的用户体验,在此基础上总结出一系列设计准则,并设计出两个新型的手机屏幕放大镜产品概念以满足这些准则。最后,通过认知过程走查等定性的方法对产品原型进行可用性评估。结果表明,这两个产品概念均能很好地被用户理解和使用,并且有7条工业设计准则通过了专家用户的验证。研究强调,手机屏幕放大镜的人机界面和操作与普通台式机电脑上的放大镜软件有很大不同,建议在设计时要考虑手机自身的特性以及在特定使用情境下用户的特定需求。

Abstract: The functional requirements and design of mobile phone screen magnifier is discussed in this paper. Investigation is made with older and those whose vision capability is bad as subjects. With a series of interviews in groups, the users daily life experience and their requirements are acquired. Then, a set of critical design principles for mobile screen magnifier is developed. Based on the principles, two conceptual models are designed to address users requirements and design principles. In order to test and verify those principles, various types of prototypes (paper prototype, flash demo, and video demo) are developed and evaluated by a group of experts in the fields of human computer interaction and usability testing. Consequently, both models are recognized by the experts and seven of the design principles are selected as design guide.
