Research on the Structure and Efficiency Share in Qingdao‘s Industrial Energy Intensity Change

摘要: 定量研究青岛市工业能源强度的变动及其内在原因,探究降低工业能源强度对策。利用因素分解法探究影响青岛市工业能源强度变动的结构因子和效率因子。研究结果表明:2000~2011年间,青岛市规模以上工业能源强度总体上呈现出持续降低的趋向,工业能源强度降低的结构份额持续降低,效率份额渐渐增加,并且资源节约型社会建设对结构份额和效率份额的影响很大。为了促进青岛市工业能源强度的持续下降,应该不断加强青岛市工业内部的结构调整和优化升级,发展高科技工业,大力发展循环经济。

Abstract: In order to reveal the Qingdaos industrial energy intensity change and its underlying causes and explore effective policy for reducing industrial energy intensity, a study on industrial energy intensity, and the efficiency and structure share in Qingdao is conducted. By using factor decomposition analysis technique, a quantitative approach is proposed. Results show that, between 2000 and 2011, it has an overall declining trend in industrial energy intensity in Qingdao, the structure share is in declining, and the efficiency share is gradually increased. Also, it shows that the resourcesaving society construction exerts a great impact on structure and efficiency share. Thus, one can concludes that, to promote Qingdaos industrial energy intensity and internal industrial structure, it is necessary to further adjust, optimize, and upgrade hightech industries so as to vigorously develop recycling economy.
