摘要: 潮汐等水文现象对内河集装箱码头的运作产生重大影响,并衍生出优化码头资源配置和调度的科学问题,而现有成果多针对海港码头。本研究从模型分析角度,考察我国受地理和水文环境变化约束情况下的内河集装箱码头泊位分配问题。通过改进模型,探讨远洋货轮泊位和驳船泊位的内河码头的整合靠泊方案。研究表明,当附加服务时间少于10%,整合方案可以优化码头整体效率,但跨区服务不适用于区间隔距离过长或码头岸吊被相对固定的内河码头。

Abstract: A river terminal with service restriction due to tidal or sediment deposition problems is under study. However, existing studies focus on the berth allocation in seaports and therefore the results cannot be adopted in operating the river terminal. By proposing an integer programming model, a berth allocation problem with barge berths and vessel berths is analyzed and allocation of berth sections to both barges and vessels are optimized. When additional service time is less than 10%, it contributes to improving the productivity of the whole terminal by mooring barges at vessel berths.
