摘要: 民机直接维修成本分配是飞机研制阶段一项重要的经济性设计环节,本文对民机维修成本的分配方法进行研究。应用熵权-TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution)方法确定类似机型设计参数的权重,再利用加权距离计算机型的相似度,建立了一种新的民机直接维修成本分配模型。通过实例分析,文中方法所得结果比功能分解法和函数逼近法更为精确,效果良好。

Abstract: Direct maintenance cost allocation of civil aircraft is an important economic design step in aircraft development. The allocation method of civil aircraft maintenance cost is studied, using the entropy weight-TOPSIS method to determine the weight of design parameters of similar models, and using the weight distance to calculate the similarity of models. The results show that this method is more accurate than the functional decomposition method and the function approximation method, and that the model proposed is effective.
