A Research on Optimization of Product Service Supply Chain under the Influence of Pre-sales Service

摘要: 针对考虑售前服务影响的产品服务供应链(PSSC)优化问题,运用非线性优化理论构建售前服务影响下的PSSC网络优化模型,以服务集成商和产品供应商的全局利润最优解为目标,求解最佳服务水平、服务价格以及PSSC网络结构。提出一种具有约束推理的双层嵌套遗传算法。最后通过计算某生产船舶细水雾喷淋系统建材公司的PSSC案例,证明数学模型和具有约束推理的双层嵌套遗传算法对求解此类问题有着一定的理论指导和参考价值。

Abstract: In view of the product service supply chain (PSSC) optimization problem considering the influence of pre-sales service, the non-linear optimization theory is used to construct the PSSC network optimization model under the influence of pre-sales service. The global profit optimal solution of service integrators and product suppliers are taken as the goal to solve the optimal service level, service price and PSSC network structure. A bi-level nested genetic algorithm with constraint reasoning is proposed. Finally, by calculating the PSSC case of a building material company that produces ship water mist spray system, it is proved that the mathematical model and the constrained double-nested genetic algorithm have some theoretical guidance and reference value for solving this kind of problems.
